With the increase of energy demand and the aggravation of environmental pollution, the research of efficient energy system and renewable energy have received more and more attention.Based on cascade utilization of energy,a solar assisted solid oxide fuel cell and steam injected gas turbine hybrid power system has been proposed in thesis. The STIG system is used to fully recover the high temperature exhaust from the SOFC system and efficiently utilize the solar energy. The Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the system.Firstly, the mathematical model of SOFC is validated.Secondly, some performance evaluation indexes based on energy and exergy analysis are given. Then, the thermodynamic performance of the STIG system has been analyzed.Compared with the gas turbine, the superiority of STIG is explained.Based on them, three kinds of solar hybrid STIG systems are established. The analysis shows that the combination of solar collector system and STIG system can improve the solar to electricity efficiency. The most important way of solar energy utilization has been analyzed. Finally, the performance of solar assisted SOFC-STIG hybrid power system has been studied. The power generation efficiency of the system is more than 65% and the efficiency of solar to electricity efficiency is more than 28%.The results show that this system is reasonable and effective. The influence rules of current density, pressure ratio and steam injection ratio on the performance of the system are obtained under various operation conditions. The results of this thesis will provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of SOFC combined power generation system. In addition,it will also provide a new idea for combining solar energy with fossil energy.
