Printing and dyeing wastewater is a kind of complex wastewater with high pollutant concentration,large amount of wastewater production and deep color.The resin adsorption method has the characteristics of simple operation,no secondary pollution,and renewable utilization,etc.The research on the deep treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has important scientific and practical significance for water environmental protection.In this paper,the wastewater from a textile enterprise in zhejiang province was used as the research object after biochemical treatment.The main conclusions are as follows:Through static adsorption and dynamic adsorption screening of 7 resins,TS119 resin and D201 resin showed better adsorption effects.According to the static adsorption experiment,when TS119 resin dosage was 5 g/L,reaction time was 60 min and reaction temperature was 25?,the removal rate of TOC and chrominance was53.79% and 70% respectively.When D201 resin dosage was 7 g/L,reaction time was120 min and reaction temperature was 25?,the removal rate of TOC and chrominance was 49.98% and 65% respectively.Dynamic adsorption experiments show that when the initial concentration of wastewater is 150 times,the optimal conditions for dynamic adsorption of TS119 resin are: h/d 1.5,flow rate 18 BV/h,resin can treat 1150 times the volume of resin wastewater to meet the dyeing and finishing industry standards;The optimal conditions for dynamic adsorption of D201 resin are: h/d ratio of 1.5,flow rate of 6 BV/h,the resin can treat 1050 times thevolume of resin wastewater to meet the dyeing and finishing industry standards.And the lower the initial concentration of wastewater,the better the treatment effect.It was found that TS119 resin had the best analytical effect under the condition of10 mL HCl(5%)+10 mL NaOH(3%)and 18BV/h flow rate,and its regeneration rate could reach 97.87%.D201 resin had the best effect under the condition of 10 mL HCl(3%)+10 mL NaOH(5%)and 18BV/h flow rate,and its regeneration rate was90.51%.Through the infrared spectrogram analysis of TS119 resin and D201 resin before and after adsorption and after analysis,it is found that TS119 resin and D201 resin may have adsorbed S = O group and c-o group in the printing and dyeing tail water,and both of them can be partially removed by analytical solution.The adsorption process of TS119 resin and D201 resin to dyeing tail water can be described by Frcundlich adsorption isotherm curve.And the parameter n > 1 in Freundlich model indicates that both resins are preferential adsorption.According to the thermodynamic analysis,TS119 resin and D201 resin are more in line with the quasi-second order kinetic model.
