In order to understand the antibiotic pollution level of typical drinking water sources in Qingyuan City and Dongguan City and the abundance level of antibiotic resistance genes in typical drinking water sources in Dongguan,this study used high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to separate 8 and Thirty-two antibiotics in 14 drinking water sources in Dongguan were tested,and 8 antibiotic resistance genes were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in typical drinking water sources in Dongguan.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)A total of 11 antibiotics were detected in typical drinking water sources in Qingyuan City,namely four sulfonamides,five fluoroquinolones,one macrolide and one other antibiotic,and tetracycline antibiotics in all water samples.None of them were detected.The total concentration of antibiotics ranges from 16.71 to 112.5 ngL.The spatial difference of antibiotic concentration is obvious,and the concentration of antibiotics in the area with low industrialization in Qingyuan City is obviously low.(2)A total of 10 antibiotics were detected in typical drinking water sources in Dongguan.The total concentration in the wet season ranged from 35.66 to 105.2 ng/L;the total concentration in the dry season ranged from 83.53 to 156.68 ng/L.The concentration of antibiotics in the source water period is lower than that in the dry season.(3)The antibiotics of drinking water sources in Qingyuan City and Dongguan City were evaluated by risk entropy method.The calculation shows that the RQ values of all antibiotics detected in each monitoring site of typical drinking water sources in Qingyuan City are less than 0.1,indicating Qingyuan.The risk of exposure to antibiotics in typical drinking water sources is low,and it has no impact on the environment.The RQ value of sulfadiazine in YY-2,YY-3 and GS-5 waters in the typical water source of Dongguan is slightly higher than 0.1,indicating sulfadiazine.It causes lower moderate harm to these three drinking water sources,and other antibiotics do not cause harm to the environment.(4)Reversed the risk entropy value formula to resist the typical drinking water sources in Qingyuan City and Dongguan City.(5)The detection rates of sull and sul2 resistance genes in sulfonamides in typical drinking water sources in Dongguan City reached 100%,and the detection rate of sul3 also reached 85.7%,indicating that the water sources in the lower reaches of Dongjiang River are generally affected by sulfonamides.Pollution.The detection rate of tetG of tetracyclines was 100%,followed by the detection rate of tetO and tetM of 92.9%,the detection rate of tetQ was slightly lower by 64.3%,and the detection rate of macrolides of ermB was only 50%.
