Study On Safety Risk Assessment Of Nanjiang Petrochemical Port Area In Tianjin Port

Safety production is a major safety event in people's production and life.It is also an important symbol of economic development.It reflects that the Party and the government are more and more responsible for people's interests.In recent years,the construction speed of chemical industry parks in China is rapid,the scale of chemical industry parks is constantly expanding,and the dangerous enterprises in chemical industry parks are intensive.The existing safety management mode and supervision system can not meet the requirements of the development of chemical industry parks.The safety problems of chemical industry parks have attracted great attention from all walks of life.In recent ten years,dozens of fire and explosion accidents of dangerous chemicals with large scale and serious consequences have occurred at home and abroad,which have caused adverse effects and brought about great losses.Chemical industry parks present the characteristics of large scale and centralization of hazards.Based on the current situation of safety production in petrochemical parks and the characteristics of petrochemical enterprises,how to prevent serious accidents,reduce losses and impacts,ensure the safety of petrochemical parks,realize the sound development and sustainability of petrochemical parks,and become the government,park managers and enterprises through safety risk assessment research?The industry is increasingly concerned about and urgently needs to address the core issues.Firstly,this paper introduces the development process of domestic and foreign petrochemical parks,analyses the research progress of safety risk assessment and management of chemical parks,and preliminarily summarizes the current situation and existing problems of safety risk assessment of chemical parks in China.Combining with the above analysis and summary,the basic situation of Nanjiang Petrochemical Port Area in Tianjin Port is investigated systematically,and the safety risk evaluation index system of petrochemical Port Area is established based on the current situation of safety production and management of chicken wings,and the pertinent safety risk evaluation and analysis methods are analyzed and determined.According to the established risk assessment method,on the basis of fully considering the related factors of safety production in Nanjiang Petrochemical Port Area of Tianjin Port,the selected risk assessment method is applied to conduct a comprehensive risk assessment,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Finally,the safety improvement measures of Nanjiang Petrochemical Port Area of Tianjin Port are put forward.Based on the idea of solving practical problems,this paper systematically evaluates the overall safety risk of Nanjiang Petrochemical Port Area in Tianjin Port by applying various risk assessment methods,starting from the current situation of port safety,in order to achieve the expected results and enhance the overall regional security.
