With the continuous upgrading of China's transportation system,the demand for highways is increasing day by day.At the same time,the degree of impact of highway construction on the environment is gradually increasing.In order to actively respond to the sustainable development strategy and ecological civilization construction,highway green construction is an inevitable trend of highway construction.At present,the research on highway green construction in China is at the initial stage.There is no unified evaluation index system and evaluation method for highway green construction environmental protection.At present,it is an evaluation index for environmental protection related to domestic highway construction and green construction.Although there are commonalities in highway green construction,highway construction,and construction green construction,there are differences between traditional construction and green construction,construction and highway construction.Therefore,aiming at the characteristics of highway green construction,a set of relatively perfect environmental protection evaluation index system suitable for highway green construction stage has important theoretical value and research significance for regulating the environmental protection of enterprises in the green construction stage.This thesis combs and summarizes the research results of environmental protection research on highway green construction stage at home and abroad.Research on the theory of highway green construction environmental protection.Defining the conditions,objects and evaluation intervals for environmental protection evaluation of highway green construction.Analysis of the negative impacts and sources of pollution of highway projects on the environment during construction of different sections.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the highway itself,the existing standards and the environmental protection research results of the domestic green construction stage are evaluated and indexed,and three primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 38 third-level indicators are established.Highway green construction environmental protection evaluation index system.Through qualitative and quantitative research on evaluation indicators,combined with domestic relevant standards and typical demonstration projects of green highways,the classification criteria for environmental protection evaluation indicators for highway green construction were determined.The dynamic evaluation model of highway green construction environmental protection is constructed,and the standard threshold value of evaluation index is obtained.The construction effect is analyzed by radar chart,and the environmental protection effect level evaluation of construction enterprise is completed,and the optimization scheme is proposed.This thesis analyzes the case of S21 Altay to Urumqi highway project,and uses the evaluation index system and dynamic comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper to carry out grade evaluation,and verify that the evaluation system and evaluation method are feasible and reasonable.The research results of this research can provide a relatively perfect evaluation index system for highway green construction environmental protection evaluation,lay a foundation for the realization of sustainable development highway.
