The Puguang gas field is a gas field with high sulfur content,heterogeneity and complicated gas-water relationship.The main gas reservoir exists side water,and the side water is in an overall propulsion situation.Since the gas field was put into production,the gas well water intrusion is serious,and the main part gas well produces water;the gas well complex situation is increasing.In order to maintain a stable and long-term operation of the gas field,Puguang Gas Field plans to complete the shutdown and maintenance in May 2016.After the gas field is completely shut down and repaired,the well is re-opened,and the wellbore may have the problem of production of hydrates,effusion and plugging,which leads to difficulties in resumption of production.Therefore,it is necessary to propose a targeted resumption of production to guide its resumption of production.Combining wellbore data to analyze the influencing factors of hydrate formation,through experiment simulation,compare and analyze the difficulty level of hydrate formation in CO2,CH4 binary mixed system,different concentrations of H2S,CO2 gas and different hydrate inhibitor systems;The phase behavior of hydrate at different temperatures and pressures is studied to study the phase change of high acid gas hydrates,and to determine the influence of acid gas,temperature,pressure and hydrate inhibitor on hydrate formation.In terms of hydrate prediction,the hydrate prediction model for Puguang gas well is optimized for fluid conditions,wellbore conditions and formation parameters,simulating different working systems of wellbore,different tubing sizes and hydration in different production periods.Object generation prediction.According to the gas hydrate formation conditions and formation rules,suitable hydrate control measures are preferred.Investigate a variety of drainage and gas production processes,adaptability analysis according to actual conditions,and optimize the appropriate liquid discharge mode;according to wellhead pressure,gas-liquid ratio,wellbore fluid volume,gas flow,wellbore temperature,tubing size,etc.Factors to carry out the analysis of the bubble discharge condition,forming the principle of well selection of the bubble discharge process;combined with the well condition and the existing process equipment,preferably the bubble discharge agent filling method;comparing the advantages and disadvantages of solid and liquid defoaming to determine the defoaming method,according to the bubble discharge agent The amount of defoaming agent is calculated by the amount used.In view of the problems existing in the recovery of different types of gas wells,the research on hydrate prediction,foam drainage process,and the shutdown production process of the production wells were carried out,and the applicable conditions of various re-production processes were analyzed in depth,the process parameters were optimized,and the single-well resumption project was prepared..
