Nanotechnology is currently a flourishing field provides a novel way to fabricate nanoparticles exploring more applications.Water purification, microbial prevalence and disease control is global problems. To overcome these problems researchers need to studied new material and new technique. In this paper,a new green synthesis method is examined, which amend the conventional method and as well as this method is safe, reliable and low cost. The main research contents of the thesis are:(1)The Zinc Oxide(ZnO)nanoparticles(NPs)prepared by green method using Conyza Canadensis leaves extract. The preparation of ZnO NPs was carried out at 30? and 80?respectively.It was found that ZnO NPs prepared at 80? have a spherical structure with a small particle size and a high dispersion.(2)ZnO NPs prepared at 80? were studied for organic dyes such as methylene blue and methyl orange. The results showed that the zinc oxide NPs had good catalytic activity, the degradation rate of methyl orange was recorded 94.5%in 45 min,and methylene blue in 20 min was 85.3%.In the absence and presence of ZnO NPs,the degradation rate constants(k)of methyl orange were 5.78×10-3s-1 and 5.84×10-2s-1,respectively.The degradation rate constants(k)of methylene blue were 4.7×10-3s-1 and 9.94×10-3s-1.(3)The antibacterial activity of ZnO NPs prepared at 80? was investigated. The results showed that the biogenic ZnO nanoparticles showed strong antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and their inhibition radii were 16 mm and 14 mm.
