As a production tool for wood pulp,the twin-screw pulping machine is currently being widely used.The technieal level of China's paper machinery equipment has been greatly improved,but there is still a big gap in the appearance design.The twin-screw pulping machine currently used in the market has the following problems:the mechanical structure designers of the papermaking industry have not really paid much attention to the appearance and user experience of the twin-screw pulping machine during product development and design,often only considering the requirements of function,the current twin-screw pulping machine is awkward and obsolete.In view of the above problems,and for its better development,it is necessary to incorporate product design thinking into the development of twin-screw pulping machine equipment,not only to meet the functional requirements of the twin-screw pulping machine itself,but also to improve the twin-screw pulping machine.The availability and aesthetics of the twin-screw pulping machine enhances the core competitiveness of the product.By investigating the needs of real users and analyzing the importance of the research needs,we will draw more important requirements and design the more important needs.The research of this thesis is mainly divided into two parts.In the first part,based on the twin-screw pulping machine guided by user's behavior,the components with frequent man-machine interaction are obtained,and then these components are improved and designed according to the ergonomics.Furthermore,in order to improve the user experience of the control panel,an experiment of designing the layout of the button and the influence of the icon arrangement on the user's operational performance is carried out,and data support is provided for the subsequent controller design.The second part is the shape and color design of the twin-screw pulping machine.The twin-screw pulping machine is a large mechanical device,and its color selection needs to follow industry rules and national standards.The design of the twin-screw pulping machine is carried out by means of the product semantic method and the Likert scale method.This thesis mainly designs the two-screw pulping machine in two parts.The first part is the man-machine design.According to the user's guidance,find out the areas where the interaction are more frequent,that is the processing area,the support area,the control panel and the feeding hopper.With the aid of ergonomics and experimental data,the optimal height of the bottom end of the casing is set to 722.5-769mm,the optimum height of the top of the casing is 1272.5-1319mm.Through the experimental results and data analysis of the control panel,the moving range is 992-1319mm,and the button layout will be arranged with horizontal buttons.The second part is about shape and color design,screening out five color commonly used in large machine tools,the final twin-screw pulping machine color is white,blue and black.In terms of design,the words "order","simple","whole","stable" are the vocabulary of the semantic form of the twin-screw pulping machine designed in this thesis,and find out the relationship between semantics words and modeling elements,and apply it to the design of twin-screw pulping machine.
