7A04 aluminum alloy is an ultra-high strength aluminum alloy,which has the characteristics of low density,strong corrosion resistance and good formability,so it is widely used in the aerospace field.In this paper,7A04 aluminum alloy is used as the original material,and Gleeble-3500 is used as the experimental equipment.At a temperature of 440 degrees Celsius,compression experiments,torsion experiments,compression before torsion and compression torsion experiments were designed respectively.By studying the EBSD data of different positions of the longitudinal section of the deformed sample,different loading paths and different stresses under the same path were analyzed The influence of variables on the evolution of microstructure and texture.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The original 7A04 material in extruded state has obvious extruded texture,and the entire grain shape is fibrous,and its texture is mainly characterized by a large number of<111> oriented crystals parallel to the ED direction,in 15 Within the deviation range,the proportion can account for 59.1%.(2)Under the same deformation path,as viewed from the longitudinal R=0 of the sample toward the direction of increasing radius,the proportion of the large-angle grain boundary increases,the average orientation angle increases,and the grain size gradually refines.The texture strength gradually weakened as the amount of deformation increased.(3)Under different deformation paths,the difference in grain size is mainly reflected in the center and the middle region,and the edge grain size is not much different.Twist and then press can obtain finer grains in the center and middle regions than the other two paths.(4)In the three deformation paths,the degree of texture strength weakening is related to the degree of grain refinement.The more obvious the texture strength weakening,the smaller the average grain size.(5)In the process of compression,torsion,first-compression,second-compression,first-compression and second-compression deformation,the texture in the direction of θeventually turns to <101>,and at the same time,the texture turns to <210> and <331>.(6)Deformation after compression and twisting The texture in the ED direction is mainly dominated by compression deformation,and the texture in the ED direction after torsion and compression deformation is mainly dominated by torsional deformation,and its final texture is the texture of the deformation that was performed first similar.
