Acid method in-situ leaching of uranium could produce a large number of acid waste liquid.If it cannot be treated in a certain area of evaporation tank in time,the overflow of waste liquid will lead to serious consequences.In order to eliminate this safety risk,we need to improve the evaporation efficiency of the evaporation pool.This paper puts forward the conception of curtain evaporation device.This idea is to increase the evaporation area of the evaporation pool by moistening the fiber material with the shape of cloth curtain,to complete the moistening process by the submersible pump,and to float the whole device on the water surface of the evaporation pool by the pontoon.In order to achieve this idea,this paper studies the related theories for two main goals of improving the evaporation efficiency and stable operation of the device.The theories studies find that we need to put forward two aspects of experimental exploration,one is the selection of curtain materials,the other is the structure layout and wind path simulation of the device.The selection of curtain materials includes the study of acid resistance and moisture absorption and quick drying performance.Through the experiments of acid resistance and moisture absorption of some different types of materials with different specifications,two kinds of materials suitable for this device are obtained.One kind of materials,such as PP,PPS and polytetrafluoroethylene,can completely resist corrosion and will not produce any adherent in the waste liquid,but the moisture absorption and quick drying performance is relatively poor.Another kind of material,such as carbon fiber stc900,has better moisture absorption and quick drying performance.However,it will produce a small amount of adherents when immersed in waste liquid.In terms of structure and wind path simulation,this paper studies the influence of curtain spacing,suspension mode,suspension opening angle of alternate suspension and wind direction on the air flow field of the device.It is found that curtain spacing,suspension mode and suspension opening angle will not influence a lot on the air path of the device in general,but the wind direction has a great impact.According to thisphenomenon,the device rotating automatically with the wind direction could be a good idea.Finally,according to the conception,the curtain evaporation device of laboratory specification is constructed and the actual effect is verified,which proves that the curtain evaporation device can improve the evaporation effect of evaporation pool.Finally,the curtain evaporation device which can be used in the field is completed.
