In this paper,high strength lightweight foamed wall material were prepared by using resin prepared from bamboo processing residues,and the process conditions for resin foaming at room temperature were determined by adjusting the test conditions.Polyether polyol modification,hydrophobic modification and flame retardant modification were carried out on the materials.Sex research has improved the on-site construction process of foamed materials,improved the waterproof and flame retardant properties of materials,and provided a new technical solution for the development of green and environmentally friendly new wall materials.The specific content of the paper is as follows1.Use the high-temperature heating foaming process to explore the normal temperature non-heating foaming process conditions,explore the effect of resin viscosity and ambient temperature on the foaming performance of the material,and determine the optimal process plan:when the resin viscosity was 2000 mPa·s and the temperature was 30?,the material prepared according to the resin surfactant:crosslinking agent:foaming agent:curing agent=100:9:45:10:14 has the best foaming state However,the compressive strength of the material is low,and its mechanical properties need to be further optimized2.Based on the optimal solution of normal temperature foaming,the material is toughened and modified with polyether polyols.Apparent density analysis,compressive strength analysis,infrared analysis,and scanning electron microscope analysis are used to analyze the properties of the material before and after modification.It was found that after adding 5 g of polyether polyol 330,the material properties were further improved,and the compressive strength reached 0.23 MPa,which met the requirements of the standard LY/T 2484-20153.Hydrophobic modification of the polyether-modified materials,confirming that the modified apparent and mechanical properties meet the standards,and then analyzing their chemical composition micro structure and hydrophobic properties.Determine the two optimal modification schemes:After adding 5%3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane inside the material,the contact angle of the material increased from 63.28° to 105.10°,and the contact angle of the material increased from 103.40° to 144.10° after spraying a homemade hydrophobic coating on the surface of the material.Performance has improved significantly4.The flame-retardant modification of the polyether-modified material is carried out.It is determined that the modified apparent and mechanical properties meet the standard requirements,and the changes in its chemical composition,microstructure,thermal stability and combustion performance are analyzed.Determine the optimal modification scheme:After adding 5 g of M-APP inside the material,the oxygen index increased from 30.10%to 33.25%,the ignition time increased from 5 s to 15 s,and the pkHRR was only 81.00 kW·m-2.After adding 3 g of MCAPP inside the material,the residual mass of the sample reached 42%,the carbonization temperature increased from 624.99? to 651.64?After immersing CMAp on the surface,the oxygen index increased from 30.80%to 31.50%,and the flame retardant effect of the material has been significantly improved.
