| At present,the aesthetics of jewelry is more diverse,and the demand for personalization and emotion is constantly rising.The traditional crafts that reflect national characteristics and cultural heritage have special value and are increasingly becoming a design element of modern jewelry.Lacquer art originated in China and has a history of more than 7,000 years.It is a traditional handicraft with high freedom of decoration and oriental temperament.The combination of lacquer art and modern jewelry design has great potential for development.Based on the artistic achievements of lacquer art,this article extracts its artistic elements and applies them to jewelry design,explores the relationship between the two,and provides useful reference and new thinking for the development of jewelry design.From the two latitudes of time and region,this paper reviews the development of traditional lacquer’s technology and art style,to master the basic form of lacquer language.And this paper shows the lacquer art elements with outstanding value for jewelry creation,through in-depth analysis of the original intention,design concept,type of lacquer art and artistic effects of lacquer jewellery cases.Many excellent lacquer jewelry works in the world prove that lacquer art can not only be applied to jewelry design,but also inject unique aesthetic and cultural charm into modern jewelry.However,we must also see that in China,which is a major jewellery consumer and lacquer art source country,the development of commercial modern lacquer art jewelry is worse than overseas.The shape and decoration of lacquer art jewelry are limited by the inherent thinking of traditional lacquer art.Therefore,combining the design experience,this paper summarizes the artistic performance of lacquer art in modern jewellery,by deconstructing some examples of modern lacquer art jewelry from three angles: three-dimensional structure,surface decoration and spiritual significance.Analyzing the traditional lacquer art with a new way of thinking,will help designers to transform lacquer art language into modern jewelry design language. |
