With the rapid and medium-speed development of China's social economy,the energy industry has also been significantly improved.Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is widely developed and applied as the main supplement of pipeline natural gas in the energy industry,providing a stable resource guarantee for daily production and life.However,with the development of liquefied natural gas,the problem of frequent accidents in LNG road transportation is more serious,which makes the importance of emergency rescue work in LNG road transportation accidents more prominent,thus putting forward higher objectives and requirements for emergency rescue in LNG tanker transportation accidents.Therefore,this paper studies the actual situation of emergency rescue for LNG tanker highway transportation accidents.Based on the accident consequence model and path optimization model,supported by MATLAB software and Visual Studio software,it aims to realize the scientificity,reliability and practicability of emergency rescue decision-making for LNG tanker highway transportation accidents.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The main types of accident consequences of LNG tanker are analyzed.According to the accident types,the models and algorithms of leakage diffusion,fire and explosion accident consequences are studied.Combined with the characteristics of actual accident consequences of LNG tanker and the advantages and disadvantages of each model,a mathematical model suitable for calculation of accident consequences of LNG tanker is established.(2)The characteristics of the current route optimization model are analyzed,and the ant colony algorithm model,which is an emergency evacuation route optimization model for LNG tanker accident consequences,is determined.Based on the current path optimization model of ant colony algorithm,the factors affecting evacuation are studied.Considering the environmental complexity of evacuation road network and human factors in evacuation process,the comprehensive weight of roads under the factors affecting evacuation is calculated,and the main flow and pseudocode of improved ant colony algorithm in path optimization are analyzed.(3)By studying the design requirements and design principles of the emergency rescue decision support system for LNG tanker highway transportation accidents,the overall framework and functional structure layout of the system are constructed.Combined with the LNG tanker accident consequence calculation model and emergency evacuation route optimization model,the development of the system software and the key technologies are analyzed in detail,and the functional interface and software operation flow of the system software are obtained.The integrated functions of accident monitoring and alarm,accident consequence quantitative evaluation,emergency evacuation route optimization,accident emergency disposal,etc.are realized.(4)Taking a large amount of liquefied natural gas leakage caused by LNG tank car rearend collision accident on G42 Expressway in Sichuan Province as an example,the software is used to calculate the mass flow and diffusion range of LNG tank car leakage and diffusion,and analyze the explosion range and injury area where the simulated accident may cause fire and explosion consequences.Furthermore,the crowd evacuation path in the accident injury area is simulated to obtain the shortest evacuation path under the influence of the accident,which provides scientific auxiliary decision information for emergency rescue of LNG tank car accidents.
