| In this paper,the research object selected basalt fiber(high elastic modulus and its low cost,green environmental protection)as the mixed fiber,it can be foreseen that basalt fiber self-secret concrete in the construction industry rapid development at the moment has a high research and utilization value.Because the research combined with basalt fiber and self-compact concrete is carried out in China in recent years,there are still more gaps in durability,in view of this idea,this paper for the strength of C40 basalt fiber self-compact concrete mechanics(cube pressure,cracking anti-pull)and durability(electrical flux,Frozen melting cycle)experimental research,to provide data support for future research,and can effectively promote the purpose of this new green concrete.can be that it gives full play to its excellent performance.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the existing C40 self-compact concrete match ratio,through a large number of computational mixing and laboratory initial matching,formulated A-0.396,B-0.453 two kinds of water ash ratio.And the strength is satisfied,the working performance conforms to the corresponding test results,and the self-leveling performance meets the requirements of the basic control group self-compact concrete.(2)The basic mechanical properties(resistance strength,cracking strength)of basalt fiber-self self-compact concrete were tested.The results were compared and analyzed,and the effect and improvement effect of basalt fiber volume and length on the mechanical properties of C40 self-compact concrete were studied.The study found that when the fiber body doped control at 0.15%,the length of 12 mm,self-compact concrete pressure and slicing can achieve maximum lift.The relationship between the pressure strength and the cleaver strength of the self-reinforced concrete of the a and B sets of basalt fibers is also fitted by the experimental data.(3)The durability test of anti-chlorine ion permeability on the self-contained concrete of basalt fibers.Using the electro-flux method,the effect and improvement effect of basalt fiber volume doping and length on the anti-chlorine ion penetration properties of C40 self-compact concrete were studied.This study shows that the change of fiber length has less correlation on the iper ability of concrete compared with the effect correlation of fiber doping against permeability.Self-compact concrete in the length of the fiber is 12 mm or 18 mm doped by 0.10%,the chlorine ion iperitis is optimal.By collecting data fitting,it is found that the charge and average current of basalt fiber-self self-secret concrete are basically linear,so the electrical flux of the test piece can be effectively predicted by the average current volume collected in the experiment.(4)The frozen melting cycle test uses the fast-frozen method,through the test and analysis of the study found that: in the premise of minimizing the ratio of water and ash 0.15% basalt fiber doped length of 12 mm self-secret concrete is the most economic and practical,the resistance to concrete resistance is the greatest.The quality loss rate,the relative dynamic elastic modulus and the number of freeze-thaw cycles of basalt fiber concrete were established by fitting.And the derivation verified a set of freeze-thaw cycle based on the relative dynamic modulus anti-freeze performance evaluation standards. |
