With the rapid development of coal chemical industry at this stage,the traditional planned maintenance mode can not guarantee the economic reliability of the efficient operation of the air separation units.ln this dissertation,the large-scale air compressor unit in the air separation unit is taken as the research object.By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional planned maintenance mode in the process of maintenance and repair of large air compressor units,the modern RCM maintenance decision-making technology centered on reliability is introduced to calculate the overhaul period of large air compressor units,and the maintenance and repair mode is studied and optimized.Firstly,RCM maintenance decision-making technology is used to analyze the large-scale air compressor unit in this dissertation.The theoretical analysis process and implementation steps of RCM maintenance decision-making technology are applied to the large-scale air compressor unit.Four principles of RCM maintenance decision-making technology in the maintenance and repair process of large-scale air compressor unit are analyzed.Based on the importance of equipment,the system of large air compressor unit is divided,this dissertation classifies and sorts out all kinds of faults in the operation of large air compressor unit,the failure mode and influence analysis of large air compressor unit are established.Then,RCM maintenance decision technology is used to establish the model of spare parts replacement,function detection and fault retardation in overhaul period of large-scale air compressor unit,and analyze the overhaul period of large-scale air compressor unit,and determine the applicable parameter estimation method in their actual operation.Finally,it takes six large air compressor units of Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co.Ltd.as the research object.Through the scientific collection,reasonable assumption of the maintenance and repair data of large air compressor units,the established model of spare parts replacement,function detection,fault delay and the corresponding parameter estimation method for large air compressor units are used for example analysis.The mathematical relationship between the maintenance period and the average annual shutdown time of large air compressor units is established,and the optimal maintenance and overhaul period of large air compressor units is determined to be between 4.4 and 6.13 years.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through the theoretical and practical operation records,which provides a reference for the decision-making of the maintenance and overhaul of large air compressor units in the coal chemical industry and the determination of the interval between the maintenance periods.It provides technical and decision support,optimizes the maintenance and repair of large air compressor units,and has certain research value.
