Sand production is a common phenomenon in the development of oil and gas wells.Within a reasonable range,which can help increase oil and gas well production,but excessive sand production will cause many problems and affect the normal operation of production wells.In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional single sensor and its monitoring system in monitoring performance,optimizing the system processing structure,improving the system's applicability,and achieving more efficient monitoring,A FPGA-based phased array sand monitoring method and system research were conducted,Firstly,the online monitoring modeling method and simulation analysis of the phased array sand production signal were carried out.Starting from the near-field focusing theory of the sand particle impact signal,the system structured of the sand production signal DOA algorithm was established,and the beamforming algorithm was discussed.In addition,the hardware and software systems based on phased array are designed to solve the common problems of small amount acquisition,low resolution,intricate structure for conventional monitoring system and meet the requirements of sand production signals acquire demand.Using the "funnel-shaped" design architecture of FPGA+ARM combination,combined with the requirements of the sand emission signals of oil and gas wells,the multi-channel acquisition circuit based on AD9650 is designed to realize the acquisition of the signals of piezoelectric sensors distributed in the linear array.In order to increase the amount of effective communication data,accurately capture the interesting signals area,and synchronously buffer multi-channel data.The module to detect and extract in sanding signals is designed and a multi-body parallel buffer module solution is proposed.It is verified that the system has efficient and fast acquisition and processing capabilities sand signal data,and meets the data acquisition requirements in complex environments by simulating test and building an experimental platform.Combined with the processing of MVDR algorithm,it can accurately achieve the direction of arrival.It is estimated that the correlation between the sand production signal and the sand production volume can be used for related calculations,which effectively improves the real-time and accuracy of oil and gas well sand production monitoring.
