The drill pipe is formed by friction welding of the pipe body and the male and female joints.The welded drill pipe still needs to go through multiple processes to become a finished product.Among them,the salvaged drill pipe and the wired measurement drill pipe need to be removed after friction welding for easy use or assembly.Inside edge.At present,the flashing turning process in the drill pipe adopts the manual loading and unloading method,which has the problems of high labor intensity and low production efficiency.In view of this,a new type of automatic loading and unloading system for internal flash turning of friction welded drill pipe was designed.The main work carried out in this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with the actual needs,the overall plan of the loading and unloading system was proposed and determined.The loading and unloading method was determined to use a stepped feeding device,a roller transport device and a buffer type feeding device.(2)The principle and function of each component in the loading and unloading system were described,the power unit was calculated and selected;a three-dimensional model of the overall scheme was established,and the support in the roller transport device is modal using simulation software analysis.(3)The hydraulic system for loading and unloading was designed.The control mode of the hydraulic system was selected,and the PID closed-loop control was selected;the simulation model of the loading and unloading hydraulic system was established using AMESim simulation software,the dynamic response characteristics of the system were analyzed,and the system flow and pressure parameters were verified,which proved that after repeated debugging The rationality of the finally set hydraulic system parameters provides data basis for prototype design.(4)The hardware and software architecture of the electronic control system for loading and unloading is designed.On this basis,the controller,touch screen,sensor,etc.were selected,and the input and output points were assigned;the manual operation,automatic operation mode,and touch screen interface were designed.Automatic loading and unloading system for internal flash turning of friction welded drill pipe in this paper provides a new type of automatic drill pipe loading and unloading scheme for the construction of the digital workshop of drilling tools,which has high practical value.
