| Under the situation that the price of cement continues to rise and the demand still exceeds the supply,it is a solution to find a renewable resource that can partially replace cement for concrete preparation.There are many researches on grinding waste glass into powder for concrete preparation,mainly focusing on its durability,static mechanical properties and other fields.However,due to the effects of wind load,earthquake load,impact load and other complex dynamic loads on concrete buildings,it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of waste glass powder concrete under dynamic load.In this paper,six groups of concrete with different amount of waste glass powder are studied by SHPB test and numerical simulation.The results show that:(1)The cube compressive strength of each group of waste glass powder concrete is measured to verify that the concrete reaches the design level.With the increase of the content of waste glass powder,the concrete strength gradually decreases.When the content of waste glass powder is 25%,the strength is 23.1% lower than that of plain concrete.(2)The results of SHPB test of waste glass powder concrete show that:with the increase of strain rate,the slope of the rising section of the stress-strain curve of the concrete block with the same amount of waste glass powder increases slightly,and the stress-strain curve is fuller;the increase of strain rate makes the dynamic compressive strength of waste glass powder concrete appear significant strain rate effect,and within the strain rate range ofthis test,the amount of each amount of waste glass powder The dif of waste glass powder concrete is close to that of plain concrete,and the highest value of W10 concrete is 1.66;the dynamic compression deformation of each group of test blocks is analyzed comparatively.The correlation between dynamic peak strain and strain rate is weak,and the overall variation is between 0.003 and 0.005.The dynamic peak strain of waste glass powder concrete is higher than that of plain concrete,and the dynamic limit strain is close to that of plain concrete,and it is strengthened by strain rate Influence.(3)By using ANSYS / LS-DYNA to simulate the SHPB test of waste glass powder concrete,the stress-strain curve calculated under the condition of numerical simulation is compared with the test results.The dynamic compressive strength of waste glass powder concrete is generally consistent,and some peak strains have some deviation from the test results,but the overall change is between 0.0035 and 0.0045,and the correlation with strain rate is weak,which is consistent with the test results and verify the reliability of the model.(4)With the increase of the impact load,the fragmentation of the test block developed from the spalling of the block to the crushing of the aggregate.When the impact velocity is low,several radial through cracks appear in the test block,and the test block is separated into several blocks with larger volume.With the increase of impact velocity,multiple cracks develop at the same time.The center of the test block tends to be comminuted gradually due to the influence of crack development.The edge of the test block is broken more severely,and it is separated into smaller blocks. |
