| Petroleum pipeline is the main way of oil transportation. With the widespread use of pipelines, there are various situations lead to the failure of oil pipelines. When the oil leak,it not only bring economic losses, but also have huge safety risks and environmental pollution, which is can’t be ignored.Since the petroleum pipeline is located in the coastal area with high typhoon incidence, and where is greatly affected by the typhoon. It is full of value to analyze the vulnerability of the pipeline under the influence of typhoon. The petroleum pipeline is the research object in this paper.Establishing a system of vulnerability evaluation indicators through Analytic Hierarchy Process.According to the characteristics of typhoon disaster, combined with Workbench and the value simulation analysis of the petroleum pipeline. From three aspects of different typhoon intensity, different wind attack angle and pipeline different operating conditions to discuss the coupling of typhoon stoic elements. The vulnerability evaluation score of the petroleum pipeline under different circumstances is calculated by the semi-quantitative method. The results show that when the typhoon is stronger, the more vulnerable the pipeline is to failure. And the impact of different wind attack angles on the vulnerability of pipelines is a little different. The probability of vulnerability failure of pipeline is lower than that of the pipeline when it is loaded. Therefore, when the typhoon comes,it is necessary to do a good job of safety measures for the pipeline,as the time, avoiding oil transmission operations on typhoon days.Taking full account of the coupling of typhoons, the rich index evaluation system will effectively improve the accuracy of the evaluation results.Which is to provide a scientific basis for the safe production of enterprises. In the future, the application of big data technology to transform semi-quantitative analysis into quantitative analysis will make the whole evaluation index system more practical guiding significance. |
