The Research On Construction Safety Management Improvement Of Jilin RM Art Center Construction Project

Since the reform and opening up,China's construction industry has achieved rapid development,China's construction project management mostly adopts project management mode,project management generally includes quality,progress,safety,information and other aspects of the management content.Among them,project safety management is an important content of project management,as well as an important content concerned by the country and the whole society.In recent years,the economy of northeast China has been developing slowly,and the construction industry has reached a bottleneck.In 2015,China put forward the supply structural reform policy to adjust the development of all walks of life in China in view of the imbalance between the old and new economic development.Against the background of the national supply-side institutional reform and the sluggish economic development in northeast China,this paper chooses the representative northeast RM art center construction project as the research object to analyze the safety management problems existing in the construction process.In recent years,construction project safety accidents happen frequently,which is determined by the characteristics of the construction industry,and the accidents happen with certain regularity.Through the analysis of the safety management problems of RM art center construction project,the general enlightenment and countermeasures are summarized and promoted to provide reference for other engineering projects.At the same time,the significance of this research lies in promoting the smooth delivery of projects,promoting enterprise development and local economic development through safety management.The study is conducted on the basis of literature summary and case analysis.Firstly,the writing basic materials of this study and the knowledge and theories related to the safety management of construction projects are briefly introduced.Secondly,taking the construction project of RM art center as an example,this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of the project and the current situation of safety management,and analyzes the safety accidents,problems existing in the process of safety management and the reasons;Third,through the analysis of the safety management of RM art center,the general enlightenment to the construction safety management of China's construction projects is given,including the regularity of accidents,the necessity of safety management mistakes,the goal and principle of safety management,and the main content of safety management.Fourth,promote our country's construction project construction safety management countermeasures,from the organization structure,post responsibility implementation,and safety management system,information platform and gives the countermeasures of safety management pattern and so on,at the same time,suggest using PDCA cycle management model to dynamic supervision of construction project safety management,and from the fund,the legal system,culture,education and training,emergency management,and other aspects to ensure implementation.
