as we all know,It is inevitable that the gas fluid will corrode the tubing,especially sand-carrying fluid.A large number of investigation shows that many gas reservoirs have sand production.How to combine the study of sand production with the study of pipeline erosion prevention becomes an important subject.In this paper,taking XXX high temperature and high pressure gas field as an example,the anti-erosion sand control technology is studied.Through investigation,it is found that it is feasible to prevent pipeline erosion by controlling the sand particle size and changing its particle size.Therefore,the focus and research direction of the thesis are clarifiedCombined with the formula of erosion flow rate,the improved experimental device is used to carry out the erosion experiment of tubing.And then,Fluent software was used to carry out numerical simulation study on the maximum production well AIH and the medium-low production well B5H.Through comparative analysis,the erosion damage rule of pipeline is obtained.So,the main way of erosion of pipeline in XXX gas field is sand control at the bottom of well.Taking N1H1IIb and N1H1Ia as examples,particle size analysis was carried out first,and then combined with the sand shale content and mineral composition,optimizing the sand control methods.In this paple,the sand control accuracy was studied by Saucier method,formation water test and NZ gas test.Meanwhile,the article proves that the sand control standard of high temperature and high pressure gas well is 3t/lomillion m3.
