| Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)account for the majority of chemical enterprises in China.They are accustomed to earning profits by low-cost strategy.Especially in recent years,the prices of raw materials,energy and labor costs have risen rapidly.Enterprises urgently need to automate the existing production mode,reduce human investment,improve product standards,and achieve open source and reduce expenditure.According to the actual investigation,the main reasons for the high workshop cost are:the flow rate,temperature,incoming and outgoing materials all need manual operation,and the operators have a considerable degree of work proficiency;different personnel will produce different defective rate in flow control,liquid level control and temperature control.In recent years,the annual turnover rate of workshop is 50%,the cost is increasing year by year,and the impact of personnel is expanding.Combining with the process flow,this paper puts forward several key points for the transformation of operation automation:first,three kinds of materials are controlled by PID to realize the function of precise proportion;second,the temperature of reactor is changed from single control to time-division control to realize the function of no-man operation;third,agitation is optimized to be time-interval control of independent temperature control;fourth,the timing control of feed and discharge.Software optimization of the following aspects:first,optimize the cumulative amount of product input and extraction,using report forms to achieve production data comparison;second,replace smart meters using MODBUS-RTU bus technology to read watt-hour meters,tons of product power consumption and shift power consumption into the assessment indicators;third,process flow and parameters using electronic Kanban,to achieve visual standards.Intelligent electronic Kanban is ornamental.Its standard communication protocol is MODBUS-TCP/IP protocol,open interconnection protocol and reserved interface for the later management monitoring layer.The scheme comparison involved in this paper,as well as the procurement of control hardware and auxiliary materials for installation,the design and assembly of control cabinet drawings have been completed by myself and relevant personnel.After the cabinet assembly is completed,the power-on test and 10 point verification of the system are carried out to ensure the accuracy of the overall detection of the system.Through the use of Siemens small programmable controller and domestic intelligent instruments to build the whole workshop operation automation transformation system.After the transformation,the output of defective products was reduced successfully,and the cost of products was reduced and the labor intensity of personnel was reduced.The effect of transformation is basically achieved. |
