The emission inventory was a set of pollutants emission by various sources in a certain research area and time,was infrastructure data for air quality model input.It was also an important tool for management departments to identify pollution sources,heavy pollution weather forecast,formulate pollution prevention and control countermeasures,and evaluated emission reduction effect.This dissertation regarded Cangzhou as study area,constructed emission factor database based on CEMS and COPERT model,and adopted the bottom-up high-resolution inventory of Cangzhou's industrial and vehicle sources emission.The results showed the industrial source SO?,NOx,CO,PM10,PM2.5,BC,OC,VOCs and NH3 emissions were 8.49×103,6.14×103,90.65×103,64.26×103,44.17×103,0.51×103,1.12×103,67.64×103 and 16.93×103 tons,respectively,and the vehicle SO?,NOx,CO,PM10,PM2.5,BC,OC,VOCs and NH3 emissions were 3.37×103,41.31×103,47.25×103,1.19×103,1.16×103,0.41×103,0.19×103,7.50×103 and 1.80×103tons.Cangzhou's industry enterprises were innumerable and distribute unevenly,the emission were mostly concentrate in Huanghua,Cangxian and Qingxian;for vehicle emission,mainly models were small passenger car and heave truck,the main road type was highway.In the study,other anthropological sources were used as background leading to the emission inventory in Cangzhou in 2017.There main steps were involved in this research.Firstly,the impact of Cangzhou's pollutant emission on environment was investigated by the CALPUFF model;secondly,the emission reduction scenario was set for Cangzhou foundry industry,and the effect was evaluated by CALPUFF model;finally,this study explored the improvement of air quality after emission reduction of Cangzhou's foundry industry based on model.The results had insightful implication for Cangzhou's ambient air quality,industrial sources presented the largest contribution in Cangzhou.For concentration,the contribution of SO2,NOx,PM2.5 and VOCs were 5.49,19.72,40.76 and 36.77?g.m-3,respectively;for environmental contribution,the largest contribution of VOCs emission was found in Xianxian,while the contribution of other pollutants was mainly concentrated in the main urban area;the implement of emission reduction caused 40%cut of emission concentration in foundry industry,the particulate matter was the most effective emission reduction,with 2.17?g.m-3decline of Cangzhou's PM2.5.
