Development And Application Of Ceramic Material In Jewelry Design

Ceramic material is a kind of man-made material invented by human beings.Since the development of the primitive period,its technological features are rich and contain profound cultural heritage.Ceramic material has been widely used in jewelry design in recent decades.Its beauty of material,technology and rich cultural connotation are of considerable research value.This paper takes the application of ceramic materials in jewelry design as the research topic,and discusses its application and development in specific examples of ceramic materials jewelry.This paper uses the literature research method to sort out the changes of the mainstream jewelry materials in the past dynasties from a historical perspective,trying to analyze the position of ceramic materials in the jewelry development process from a more macro perspective;and makes a comparative study on the physical characteristics and aesthetic taste of ceramic materials and common jewelry materials,to explore the advantages and disadvantages of their application in jewelry design;uses the survey method to go In Jingdezhen,the application of ceramic materials in jewelry design is reviewed.Data are collected and empirical research method is used to analyze the application of ceramic materials in the works of major brands and independent designers.The expression form and theme elements of ceramic material jewelry design are analyzed and studied from the perspective of design ideas.The ceramic jewelry with modern technology and new materials is interpreted and studied The importance and possibility of ceramic materials in the future development of jewelry design.
