With the rapid development of Zhengzhou city,the way of people’s live,work and travel.The inhalable particulate matter represented by PM10 and PM2.5 has now become one of the main pollutants in the urban atmosphere,endangering the health of urban residents.Existing research results show that green space has a significant reduction effect on atmospheric particulate matter concentration.As an important constituent unit of the city,the residential areas has a large number of green spaces,and the most close connection with the life of the citizens.How to maximize the ecological benefits of green space in mitigating atmospheric particulate matter pollution and building a livable city by optimizing the layout of green space in residential areas has become an important topic.Based on this,this research would takes the residential area of Zhengzhou as object to explore the influence mechanism of green space layout on the distribution of atmospheric particulate concentration and try to come up with the design strategies of green space layout.The research is mainly includes the following parts:First of all,this paper combined with the summarized literature and on-site investigation,clarified the planning design features of Zhengzhou residential area including land area,building layout form,floor area ratio,building height,spacing,etc.;summarized five main green spaces Layout control factors(area,shape,quantity,location,degree of dispersion);and on this basis,established a computer model of the residential area of Zhengzhou.Secondly,based on the computer model of the residential area of Zhengzhou,a green space layout model of the residential area of Zhengzhou was established.Using ENVI-met software for calculation and analysis,and based on the simulation analysis results,the relationship between the green space layout control factor and the concentration of atmospheric particulate matter in the residential area was clarified.The study confirmed that the concentration and distribution characteristics ofatmospheric particulate matter in the residential area under different green space layout conditions showed significant differences.Through data comparative analysis,the influence capacities of residential green space layout factors on the distribution of atmospheric particulate concentration based on results of this experiment was obtained.The research shows that the difference of green space layout has a significant impact on the distribution of PM10 concentration in residential areas,but a small impact on PM2.5.Through comparative analysis of data,the influence of factors of green space layout in residential areas on the distribution of air particulate concentration based on the simulation data of this study is obtained:(1).Influence on the concentration of airborne particles in green space:Number of green patches>Patch dispersion degree of green space>Green area>Green space shape>Green space position.(2).Influence on particulate concentration in the air around the green space:Number of green patches>Green space shape>Green area>Green space position.(3).Influence on the overall concentration of particulate matter in the residential area:Green area>Green space shape>Green space position>Number of green patches.(4).Influence on the distribution uniformity of overall particulate concentration in the residential area:Green area>Number of green patches>Green space shape>Green space position.Third,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of green space use in residential areas,and combining the green space layout and the correlation mechanism of atmospheric particle concentration distribution in residential areas,the optimal design strategies for concentrated green space in residential areas and green spaces between houses were proposed.And through the actual project,the feasibility of improving the atmospheric environment of the residential area through the optimized design of the green space layout was verified.Taking PM10 as an example,the reduction of the average concentration ofatmospheric particulate matter in the optimized residential area has increased by94.7%,83.7%,and 86.14% respectively in the three different ranges of concentrated green space,outside,and the entire residential area.In summary,this paper quantitatively studied the influence of green space layout factors on the distribution of atmospheric particulate concentration in residential area,verified the feasibility of optimizing green space layout to reduce the atmospheric particulate concentration in residential area.Based on the mitigation of particle concentration,the optimal design strategy for green space layout of residential area in Zhengzhou city was proposed.It has certain reference value to the planning and design of the residential area,and has practical significance for improving the air quality of the residential area.
