Study On Classification Behavior Of Construction Waste Of Employees

With the rapid development of domestic economy,the construction industry,as the domestic artery industry,has been developing vigorously.However,at present,the treatment of construction waste by relevant enterprises in the industry is too primitive,and most of them choose to be buried at random or transported to designated sites for landfill,this kind of mixed landfill without any classification caused environmental pollution,dust and other ecological crisis.At the same time in the construction waste contains a large number of material resources with secondary use value,without any classification of the way will also cause waste of resources.In recent years,with the concept of sustainable development in the hearts of people,coupled with the prevalence of green building in the world,how to more scientific and effective management and utilization of construction waste,has become a hot topic in the field of construction at home and abroad.Based on the idea of source management,many scholars have done a lot of research on the problem of waste reduction,but little attention has been paid to the classification of construction waste as the first step of Waste treatment.Based on the deconstruction of the theory of planned behavior,this paper first uses the method of literature analysis,to identify the factors that affect the workers' classification behavior of construction waste: the factors of behavior and attitude are affected by perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and compatibility;Perceived behavior control is influenced by self-efficacy,resource convenience and economic incentive.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the research hypothesis is formed and the research model is preliminarily constructed.In the second step,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed.The third step,carry on the formal investigation,use SPSS tool to carry on the influence factor correlation analysis to the investigation result and use STATA tool to carry on the multiple regression analysis.After forming the research conclusion,this article puts forward the following suggestions:First,the government level: improve the construction waste classification management laws and regulations,establish a sound construction waste classification management mechanism;Second,the level of trade associations: The development of construction waste classification technical standards and technical norms,to strengthen the industry-related units to implement the supervision of waste classification;Third,the sector: clear classification standards and norms,strengthen the construction waste classification of publicity and education,the establishment of a systematic and effective construction waste classification assessment standards and incentive mechanisms;Fourth,the personal aspects of the practitioners: to establish the concept of construction waste classification,active learning and implementation of construction waste classification knowledge and skills.
