| Land consolidation is an important approach to supplement new cropland, readjust existing land, improve land productivity, and reach economical and intensive land use.Widely implemented in China, land consolidation has markedly promoted regional economic and social benefits, but it also has impacts on the natural ecosystem services and their spatial patterns, resulting in somewhat ecological risks. The impacts of land consolidation on ecosystem stability and ecological risk have become focused issues for both government departments and scientific researchers.Fujian Province, located in the mountainous and hilly areas in Southeast China,is a key region for ecological-environmental protection. In recent years, there are lots of land consolidation projects implemented for rural development in Fujian, and it is therefore particularly important to prevent and control ecological risks in this region. Thus, this thesis attempts to reveal the patterns of ecological risks and their responses to land consolidation activities and other environmental conditions in Fujian Province. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The area of urban villages, industrial and mining land and transportation land in Fujian Province increased from 2010 to 2015,and the area of increase was mainly located near the intersection of waters;the area of other landscape types decreased,of which grassland decreased the most. The ecological elasticity of the region in the province decreased significantly. The regional elasticity index is mainly affected by slope, elevation range, total area of renovation project, aspect, field road length and population growth rate.Among them, the change of regional elasticity index is roughly negatively correlated with slope, elevation range, aspect; The total area of the renovation project, the length of the field roads, and the population growth rate have a positive correlation.(2)Elevation and population growth rate have a major impact on rainfall erosion, and the impact amplitude fluctuates greatly, with rainfall erosion reduced by 0.74%.The difference between the maximum and minimum elevations in Fujian Province is0 m to 25 m,25m to 167 m and greater than 305 m,the standard deviation of elevation isgreater than 1590 m,and the difference in population growth rate is less than 2% and greater than 20%.The threat to the natural environment is increasing;when the difference between the maximum elevation and the minimum elevation is between25 m to 100 m,167m to 305 m,the elevation standard deviation is less than 1590 m,and the population growth rate difference is between 0.02% and 0.22%,The threat of rainfall erosion to the natural environment in Fujian Province has become smaller.(3)There are 9 factors that have an impact on the landscape pattern index of forest land. The top 3 rankings are the elevation range, land leveling, and the total area of the project.Among them, the degree of change of the degree of aggregation of woodland patches by elevation is the most dramatic, and the height increases and the risk increases. The land leveling area and the total area of the renovation project have increased, and the degree of forest land patch aggregation has decreased. There are 5influencing factors that have an impact on the landscape pattern index of cultivated land, and the top three are the total area of newly added cultivated land after renovation, the number of projects and vegetation coverage.Among them,it is the most sensitive to the change in the total area of newly added cultivated land after remediation. After remediation, the total area of newly added cultivated land increases, and the risk increases. The number of projects and vegetation coverage increased, and the overall trend of the degree of aggregation of cultivated land patches decreased.(4)In land remediation planning and project implementation, more consideration will be given to slope and elevation factors to avoid ecological risks caused by excessive relief;increase vegetation coverage and maintain biodiversity. After remediation, the newly increased cultivated land area and the number of projects have a greater impact on the degree of cultivated land landscape aggregation. In the future, while continuing to improve the quality of cultivated land,it is necessary to consolidate scattered and small areas of cultivated land, effectively realize the intensive management of land, promote the increase of food production, reduce the ecological risks brought by land remediation, and achieve harmony between man and land. |
