Based on the division of control units in Panjin section of Liaohe River,this study takes Panjin section of Liaohe River as the research object,carries out water quality assessment and pollution load verification of control units in Panjin section of Liaohe River,simulation of the response relationship between pollutant discharge and river water quality,technical diagnosis of petrochemical industry and urban sewage,analyzes the impact of pollutant emission reduction on river water quality in Panjin section of Liaohe River,and puts forward Panjin section of Liaohe River Emission reduction measures for waste water pollutants of section control unit.Based on the division results of"Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution in Liaoning Province"control units and 28 heavily polluted rivers,the Panjin section of Liaohe River is divided into Shuguang bridge control unit,Panjin section of Raoyang River control unit and Zhaoquan river control unit.The evaluation indexes of COD,NH3-N,TN and TP are selected,and the single factor index method is used to evaluate the water quality of the national control monitoring section of the control unit.The results show that:from 2016 to 2018,COD,NH3-N,TN and TP all exceeded the standard to varying degrees.In 2018,except for the TP of Panjin Xing'an section exceeding the standard in a few months,Shuguang bridge,Zhaoquan River and Shengli pond sections did not exceed the standard;except for the COD of Zhaoquan river section not exceeding the standard,the other three sections did not exceed the standard;the TN of four cross sections exceeded the standard.The statistical method is used to calculate the point source pollution load of the control unit.The results show that the control unit of Shuguang bridge has the largest amount of pollutants entering into the river,COD is 2443.11t/a,accounting for 89.22%of the total point source load of Panjin section of Liaohe River,ammonia nitrogen is76.20t/a,accounting for 79.16%of the total point source load,total nitrogen entering into the river is 900.21t/a,accounting for 91.02%of the total point source load.The point source is mainly concentrated in the control unit of Shuguang bridge.The results show that the COD is 1545.34t/a,accounting for 57.80%of the total non-point source load,NH3-N is 144.49t/a,accounting for 58.64%of the total non-point source load,the total nitrogen was 549.64t/a,accounting for 61.36%of the total load of point source.and the non-point source pollution load is mainly concentrated in the Raoyang River.MIKE11 is used to simulate the relationship between pollutant discharge and water quality of Shuguang bridge control unit.The simulation results show that COD,NH3-N and TP of Shuguang bridge section exceed the standard under the existing economic technology and pollutant discharge standards.Diagnosis and analysis of industrial enterprises in Panjin section of Liaohe river discharge type and mode,as well as enterprise sewage treatment process,design several schemes to simulate the response relationship between pollutant emission reduction and water quality.The results show that:the point source pollutant discharge of Shuguang bridge control unit should meet the comprehensive sewage discharge standard,and the water quality should be reduced from the point source to meet the standard.
