Simulation And Optimization Of Glass Deep,Production Logistics Based On Flexsim

The article takes a glass processing plant as an empirical evidence,and glass deep processing as a research object.It mainly analyzes,optimizes and improves its production process.First of all,the article introduces the background,research purpose and significance of the topic selection;discusses the relevant theories of IE program analysis,production logistics and Flexsim modeling and simulation as the theoretical basis for the analysis and simulation modeling of glass deep processing programs;The basic situation of processing plant production is analyzed in detail,the problems existing in the current production of the enterprise are pointed out,and the necessity and significance of the process analysis of the enterprise are analyzed.The focus of this article is on the optimization design of the deep processing of glass based on program analysis.The 5W1H questioning method is used to find out the problems in the work flow,and the four major principles of ECRS are used to improve the unreasonable processes.While researching the specific process of glass deep processing,a solution for optimizing the process was proposed;then a simulation model of glass deep processing production logistics based on Flexsim was established.Based on the analysis of the program,the glass deep processing production process was further analyzed through model simulation.;Finally,summarize the optimization plan proposed after program analysis and model simulation,including canceling all material transfer areas,eliminating all waiting,using conveyor belts to connect various processes,and upgrading some operating tools to improve worker efficiency and operations It is safe,and based on this,a simulation model for glass deep-processing production logistics optimization based on Flexsim is established.The analysis of the simulation results verifies the superiority and feasibility of the solution.
