| In recent years,a series of environmental problems,occupational health,and people’s life safety and property loss have caused widespread concern due to dust pollution.Dust suppressor technology is highly valued for its high efficiency and convenience.However,the current dust suppressants are expensive,poorly effective,and secondary pollution,especially the difficulty in using supervision makes it difficult to promote large-scale use.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency and environmental protection of dust suppressant products,reduce product costs,improve monitoring effects,and improve the quality of the atmospheric environment,it is necessary to develop low-cost,environmentally friendly and efficient visual dust suppressants to further control dust pollution.Through the combination of theory and laboratory research,the control and management methods of atmospheric dust pollution have been fully studied.Its content and results are as follows:(1)Large amount of dust,many sources of pollution,and uneven particle size distribution of dust are the atmospheric pollution problems that occur during mining.In response to the above problems,the dust particle size distribution was analyzed through various dusts in the development process of the Iron Mine,and the results showed that:during the mining process of iron mines,PM10(particle size below 10μm)accounts for 46.80%.(2)Through monomer and orthogonal experiments,the effect of each component on the dust suppression effect was studied and analyzed,and the optimal formula combination of the new type of dust suppression agent was screened out:Polyvinyl alcohol 0.1%,methyl cellulose 0.5%,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 0.25%,soluble starch 0.7%and environmentally friendly pigments 0.3%.The preparative dust suppressant under the optimized process conditions was tested,and the characterization results were pH 7.61,viscosity 134.7 mpa·s,hardness 70.3HA,penetration rate 0.19 cm/min,dust suppression efficiency 99.85%,and good visualization effect;(3)I research and analyze the physical and chemical indexes and performance indexes of dust suppressants.Through the scanning electron microscope SEM experiment,the microscopic changes of the dust surface after spraying the dust suppressant were explored,and it was found that the fine particles on the surface were closely connected to form a dense structure of interaction;Explore the toxicity of the compound dust suppressant.Through the test,the dust suppressant is non-toxic and non-corrosive;Analyze the law of the viscosity of the dust suppressant with temperature.The higher the temperature,the lower the viscosity and the better the penetration performance;Analyze the best spraying amount of dust suppressant in use,and the best spraying amount is 2.5kg/m2 after experiment;Add green environmental protection pigment to the dust suppressant solution,choose 0.3%as the best concentration,the visual effect is remarkable;Using simulated precipitation,cycle 5 times,the surface hardness is determined to be reduced by 6.3%,and the hardness is still strong after drying;Evaporation resistance test.At a temperature of 60℃ and a dust sample of 3.5h after clean water treatment,the evaporation rate is reduced to 0,the surface is fluffy,there is no obvious adhesion and filming phenomenon,and the dust particles are more fragmented than before water spray.After the dust inhibitor treatment,the evaporation rate of the dust sample is reduced to 0 after 6.5h,because the water retention of the dust inhibitor is observed at this time,the surface consolidation is observed,and there is obvious film formation while having certain strength;The contact angle of the dust suppressant and the dust sample is 41.2°,and the contact angle of the pure water and the dust sample is 70.6°,which is much smaller than the contact angle of the pure water and the dust sample,and has stronger wettability;After spraying the dust suppressant,the tightly consolidated layer formed by the sand particles adhering to each other has strong resistance to destruction;Freeze in the freezer at-2010.5 0C for 4h,cycle 10 times,the surface hardness of the shell is reduced by 25.3%,and it has good low temperature resistance;(4)A small-scale experiment is carried out in the laboratory.The dust suppressant has good dust suppression effect,completing film formation,good visualization and strong erosion resistance.The dust suppression effect and economy are better than the commercially available dust suppression agents,and it has a good industrialization prospect. |
