Today,construction waste is being recycled more and more frequently.Examples and research into the construction of construction waste into road engineering are also increasingly abundant.However,in the application of construction waste to roadbed fillers,there are few related studies on the bearing capacity of construction waste binders.Bearing capacity is an important indicator of roadbed filling,which directly affects the settlement and stability of subgrade engineering.In this paper,the common construction waste in Hangzhou is taken as an example.After the basic performance is measured,the CBR values of each group and the single and multiple indicators are measured by CBR experiment,and the buildings under the influence of each factor are obtained.The variation law of the bearing capacity of the garbage binder.Then the gray correlation method is used to analyze the CBR value of the construction waste binder under the influence of the known multi-indicators,and the degree of influence of each index on the bearing capacity of the binder is calculated.Finally,using the gray fusion method and BP neural network two prediction methods,combined with MATLAB software,the bearing capacity of the composite under the influence of single factor and the bearing capacity of the composite under the influence of multiple factors were predicted.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The material of this experiment was derived from construction waste in Yuhang District of Hangzhou.After manual stripping test,it was found that the composition of construction waste mainly includes bricks,stones,wood chips,floor tiles,iron filings and other trace substances.A comparison of the weights of the various components revealed that the weight of bricks and stones accounted for more than 80%of the construction waste.In order to facilitate the subsequent experiments,and considering that the main roadbed filler works mainly provide resistance to bricks and stones,we assume that the composition of construction waste is only bricks and gravel.'(2)In this paper,the influence law of the bearing capacity of the aggregates,the number of compaction,the amount of river sand,and the amount of cement mortar are separately affected.After CBR orthogonal experiment,it is found that in the five experimental groups,the coarse aggregate:middle aggregate:fine aggregate=4:2:4,the binding capacity of the combined material is the best,and when the fine aggregate Or when the coarse aggregate is too much,the bearing capacity of the binder is poor;the bearing capacity of the binder increases with the increase of the number of times of compaction;the bearing capacity of the binder increases linearly;the incorporation of cement mortar can greatly improve the combination.The bearing capacity of the material,and in the range of 0.5%-2.5%,the bearing capacity of the binder increases with the increase of the cement mortar content,but the loading capacity is obviously improved before the dosage reaches 1.5%.After more than 1.5%,the cement mortar has a very limited enhancement of the bearing capacity of the binder;the river sand can fill the gap in the binder,so the proper amount of river sand can increase the bearing capacity of the binder to a certain extent..(3)After exploring the influence law of individual indicators,this paper explores the influence degree of each influencing factor through the grey correlation method.The results obtained are as follows:the number of times of compaction has the closest effect on the bearing capacity of the binder,followed by the compounding ratio of the binder itself;then the amount of cement mortar is added;the amount of river sand is accompanied by the last.According to the actual project,when the bearing capacity is insufficient,the first method is to improve the compaction degree of the roadbed filler;if the compaction degree alone is not enough to meet the requirements of the standard,the mix ratio of the binder and the blending should be reconfigured.Enter a certain amount(about 1.5%recommended)of cement mortar;if the construction site is close to the river,you can also consider incorporating river sand.(4)Two prediction methods—grey fusion method and BP neural network prediction method—can predict the bearing capacity of construction waste binders under different factors.The difference is that the gray fusion method is only suitable for predicting the bearing capacity of single-indicator and changing the fluctuation of construction waste,but it is easy to operate and requires fewer parameters.BP neural network can be used for construction waste under the influence of multiple indicators.The bearing capacity of the binder is predicted,but the operation is complicated and requires more parameters.(5)BP neural network is a kind of learning computing network,so it has great significance in practical engineering.After obtaining the data of various local binders,the parameters are input,and the neural network is continuously learned according to the increase of parameters When the accumulation reaches a certain level,a learning module can be formed.Before the formal construction,the bearing capacity can be predicted according to the specific quantity of various indicators,and high precision is ensured,so that a large amount of resources can be saved in the actual project.money.
