The filter press is a chemical equipment that pressurizes and filters materials.It is widely used in food,pharmaceutical,chemical and other industries.Its core component filter plate frame structure is welded by some large-size and different structure steel plates..In the actual welding process,due to uneven heating of the whole aluminum plate structure and other reasons,it will cause shrinkage and bending deformation,and excessive welding deformation will affect the assembly of the component to a certain extent,reducing the sealing of the filter chamber.At present,in domestic and foreign industrial production,the rigid deformation method and the continuous optimization of the welding process are mainly used to control and reduce the welding deformation.Among them,the rigid fixing has the most obvious suppression effect on the welding deformation,but too much rigid fixing will also The increase of the residual stress of the structural parts is not conducive to safe production,and the optimization of the welding process requires a lot of experimental verification,which greatly increases the production cost.This article conducts a series of numerical simulation studies on the deformation of the stainless steel plate and frame of the filter press of Warwick during the welding process.The main research contents include:(1)According to the welding requirements of the filter plate and the actual welding conditions,fine-tune the welding heat source parameters,use the heat source wizard module in SYSWELD to check various heat sources,and select 42 sets of heat source data that meet the production requirements of the pressure vessel.Based on the theory of thermo-elastoplastic finite element,Visual weld is used to load them on three different types of welds(butt welding,fillet welding,butt welding),and the corresponding directions of different welding heat source structural parts are obtained by solving on the deformation data.(2)Analyze and organize the weld deformation data under different heat sources,summarize the influence of welding current,voltage and speed on the deformation of welded components,and find that the welding voltage has the most obvious influence on welding deformation,and select the suitable heat source for actual production,Controlling the deformation of welded components provides a certain theoretical basis for guidance.(3)Two different filter frame structures were set and different welding sequences were set for numerical simulation.It was found that the welding deformation when the butt welding is preferentially welded is small,and the trapezoidal cross section is not processed.The welding deformation of the filter frame of the structure is smaller than that of the structure with a circular arc chamfer and a cross-section of the load-relieving groove.(4)Establish a finite element model of the pressure filter plate and frame in Visual mesh to determine the range of inherent strain.Based on the theory of inherent strain,use Weld planner to set different welding sequences,weld segmentation,rigid fixed area,respectively Through the solution,it was found that the overall deformation of the welding sequence 7 is the smallest.The rigid fixation can significantly reduce the welding deformation,but at the same time,it will also continuously increase the stress distribution on the surface of the structural part.
