| In recent years,offshore oilfields have increasingly adopted sand control completion techniques in the development of horizontal wells in response to serious sand production problems in loose sandstone reservoirs.When the well is completed,the sand control string is run.Based on the early sand control,it can not only protect the oil layer,reduce damage,but also ensure the maximum productivity of the oil well.However,the sand control string usually uses a multi-layer filter structure,and its damage detection technology is still in its infancy.In response to this problem,the thesis focuses on the method of damage detection and three-dimensional imaging of horizontal well sand control string based on transient electromagnetic method.This article firstly introduces the horizontal well sand control completion technology.For the metal fiber sand control screen structure,the main differences between the sand control screen and casing damage detection are analyzed,and the electromagnetic sand control string damage detection model is established.Combined with the electromagnetic flaw detector and caliper,a method for the integrity detection and damage identification of sand control string is proposed.In addition,using the eccentric combined detection model,the eccentric array compensation method was studied,and a three-dimensional imaging system for sand damage prevention with a combination of eight-probe eccentric array and front probe was designed,and the corresponding array acquisition circuit and signal processing circuit were optimized.On this basis,the 3D imaging data adaptive preprocessing host computer software was designed to address the problems of poor visual interpretation of the traditional 2D tubular string damage curve and insufficient information,and the eccentric probe was used to damage the sand-proof tubular column sector.Recognizing the advantages,a three-dimensional imaging method for sand control string based on an eccentric array is proposed.Finally,on the basis of the overall system circuit optimization,a large number of indoor and outdoor tests were carried out,the information characteristics of the multi-layer pipe string logging curve were analyzed,and the combined logging data of the sand control string was preprocessed and three-dimensional stereo imaging analysis.The experimental results show that the eccentric array-based sand detection pipe damage detection and three-dimensional imaging method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the inversion interpretation accuracy of well logging data and provide important reference information for the sustainable development of the oil field. |
