Ginger is a traditional cash crop in China,which has great development and utilization value.Ginger is rich in gingerolone and gingerol which are beneficial to human body.Ginger is also rich in protein,polysaccharide,vitamins and a variety of trace elements.It is an economic crop with nutrition,seasoning,health care and other functions.Ginger has been recorded since ancient times as a good food and medicine homologous medicinal materials,food materials,it is often used to dispel dampness,cold,warm the stomach,accelerate blood circulation and so on.This project ginger wine is fermented with ginger as the main raw material and jujube,wolfberry and other auxiliary materials.Ginger wine is widely loved by consumers because it not only has the health function of ginger,but also can satisfy consumers’ drinking demand for alcoholic beverages.This topic is about the engineering design of a ginger liquor factory with an annual output of 10,000 tons.Ginger was used as the main raw material and fermented with jujube and wolfberry.After putting forward the design idea,the feasibility of building a plant was determined by understanding the market demand and the development trend of ginger industry.Then,according to the characteristics of ginger wine production plant,the site of this project was selected.Through the analysis of ginger wine production process,the monomer needed for the project was determined.Through material balance,the energy consumption of the project,the volume of individual construction,equipment selection,the outline and internal layout of each individual are determined.Based on the analysis of energy consumption and waste from production,the supporting public utilities and environmental control measures were designed.Finally,the final optimization of the general layout design of the whole plant is carried out to ensure that the production operation of the whole plant is practical and reliable.
