In the past 30 years, with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,China's land-use pattern has changed dramatically, which has led to a series of spatial conflicts. There are contradictions between people and nature, between production and life, and within the ecosystem.Sustainable economic and social development and regional ecological security are facing severe challenges. The identification and classification of land use conflict has become an urgent problem in the field of regional land use control and ecological protection. With the help of platforms such as ENVI,Arc GIS,and Python, the paper firstly takes into consideration the ecological supply and human needs to build an ecological security pattern, and uses the Kruskal algorithm to extract the skeleton corridor of the Daye City ecological network, and analyzes the stability of the ecological security pattern;second From the perspective of suitability evaluation, the conflict diagnosis experience model is used to identify the spatial conflicts of land use in Daye City. When conducting a comprehensive suitability evaluation, firstly establishing a construction land and agricultural land evaluation index system, and then classify and buffer based on the ecological security pattern.Obtaining the suitability of ecological land;furthermore, from the perspective of expansion of construction land, drawing on the risk assessment ideas to build a conflict quantitative model, using the ecological security pattern to modify the value of land ecosystem services, introducing BP-neural network in machine learning to predict the probability of conflict; Finally, the causes and driving factors of land use conflicts are comprehensively analyzed from a subjective and objective perspective, and land use conflicts and ecological security management and control measures are proposed. The results show that: the ecological security pattern of Daye City is very stable, the highest connection robustness of nodes and edges can reach 1;the level of land use spatial conflict is basically controllable, and the proportion of moderate conflict and low conflict reaches 80%.The low-level conflict areas are mainly concentrated in the remote areas with underdeveloped economy, single land use type and low ecological service value;the high-level conflict areas are concentrated in the surrounding areas ofthe main urban area of Daye City and the ecologically fragile areas with complex lakes and land use types;the medium-level conflict areas are between the two, with the widest distribution. In this study, the spatial conflict identification and classification of land use in Daye City were carried out from the perspective of ecological security from the grid and vector grid unit scale. The qualitative and quantitative methods, subjective and objective methods were used to realize the localization and accuracy of the research on the conflicts of land use, providing a scientific basis for the economic development, land resource management and regional ecological security of Daye City.
