In this study,Ti/PbO2 electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition,and modified by adding metal eleuents,Perfluorosulfonic acid solution(Nafion(?))and Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate(SDS).The modified electrode was used to electrocatalytic oxidative degrade BPA in Na2SOa and NaCl solution,and the effect of various factors on BPA removal were studied.The results obtained from this study are as follows:(1)The titanium substrate with the tin-antimony intermediate layer was used as the anode,the copper sheet was used as the cathode,and the composition of the electrodeposition solution was 0.5 mol/L Pb(NO3)2,0.1 mol/L HN03,0.1 mol/L Cu(N03)2 and 0.001wt.%Nafion(?),maintain the stirring state with a constant temperature of 60?,and deposit it at a current density of 80 mA·cm-2 for 30 minutes and a current density of 60 mA·cm-2 for 30min,and Ti/PbO2(0.001wt.%Nafion(?))electrode can be obtained.(2)The addition of Nafion(?)and SDS can increase the oxygen evolution potential of the Ti/PbO2 electrode,and the optimal addition amounts are 0.003wt.%and 0.01mol/L,respectively.The addition of SDS can form a more uniform,dense and smooth PbO2 film,and Ti/PbO2(0.003wt.%Nafion(?)+0.01mol/L SDS)electrode which was prepared with adding 0.003wt.%Nafion(?)and 0.01mol/L SDS has a higher oxygen evolution potential,and the surface is smoother and denser,and its service life is about 1.6 times of Ti/PbO2(0.001wt.%Nafion(?))electrode.(3)Ti/PbO2(0.003wt.%Nafione+0.01 mol/L SDS)electrode was used to study electrocatalytic degradation of BPA in NaCl and Na2SO4 system.In the 0.20mol/L Na2SO4 system,the conditions for complete removal of 20mg/L BPA were electrode distance of 25mm,applied voltage of 5 V((constant voltage degradation)or applied current of 120mA(constant current degradation);in the 0.025mol/L NaCl system,the conditions for complete removal of 20mg/L BPA were electrode distance of 2 or 2.5cm,applied voltage of 5V(constant voltage degradation)or applied current of 120mA(constant current degradation).Under different experimental conditions,the maximum Electrical Efficiency per log order(EE/O)in the experiment was 6.28 kWh/m3,the energy consumption was low.
