| In this paper,the new solvent dewaxing process of two-stage low-temperature dewaxing and two-stage deoiling was studied in the laboratory.The best operation parameters were selected through the analysis of the product yields and product quality by comparing with the old process of one-stage low-temperature dewaxing and two-stage deoiling in laboratory research.It was found that the total yield of dewaxed oil and refined wax in the new process was 4.7%higher than that of the old process,the oil content of refined wax is 0.23%lower,but the energy consumption is slightly increased.When the new process was applied in the 2#solvent dewaxing process of Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company,the influence of raw materials,solvent composition,solvent dilution ratio and water content in solvents on the product in the actual operation process were measured.The results were used to optimize the operation parameters.Compared with the results of the old process(one stage dewaxing and two stages deoiling),it was found that the yield of dewaxed oil is 6.54%higher and the oil content of refined wax is 3.36%lower on average than before when the feedstock was No.4 distillation fraction.The results from the laboratory were verified that the new process was obviously superior to the old one in the production of heavy oil.The energy consumption of the new process,however,is higher than old on in the production of light feedstock.In summary,the research indicated that the benefit of the new process in the production of heavy feedstock was significantly higher than that of light raw materials,resulting in that the monthly benefit can be increased by 6.2959 million yuan.Therefore,the proportion of heavy oil processing should be increased by scheme switching in the sakes of the competitiveness of the new process. |
