The "made in China 2025" action plan put forward by China in 2016 has defined a new research direction for scholars engaged in precision processing and special processing in China.As one of the precision machining and special machining technologies,premixed abrasive water jet technology has 18 cutting parameters,which makes it more difficult for researchers in the industry to study the formation rule and prediction model of the surface roughness of cutting materials.This paper focuses on the technical requirements of the surface roughness of the material cut by the premixed abrasive water jet,based on the dimensional analysis method,experimental design,prediction model fitting and experimental verification1)In view of the research status of abrasive water jet cutting material processing quality and surface roughness at home and abroad,18 cutting parameters of premixed abrasive water jet are analyzed and studied,which lays the foundation for the establishment of physical model based on dimensional analysis;2)The physical model between the surface roughness and cutting parameters is established based on the dimensional analysis method,the key factors affecting the surface roughness are extracted,and the test plan is made according to the key factors.The Q235 carbon structural steel and marble are tested and studied by using the pre mixed abrasive water jet cutting platform.The optimal parameter combination and significance relationship are obtained based on the polar variance analysis method The influence rules of parameters and surface roughness are summed up by computer data processing software;3)The mathematical prediction model is established by multiple nonlinear regression analysis,and its accuracy and reliability are verified by experiments.It is an effective way and key technology to realize the precision machining of pre mixed abrasive water jet to study the process parameters and the formation law of the surface roughness,and to establish the prediction model of the surface roughness of pre mixed abrasive water jet.It is not only of practical theoretical significance and engineering application prospect,but also of cutting-edge scientific issues in the field of abrasive water jet technology in recent years.This paper can form a set of perfect system theory to predict the surface roughness of pre mixed abrasive water jet cutting,improve its precision machining characteristics,and provide applicable experimental data and process parameters for the in-depth study of CNC platformFigure[27]Table[24]Reference[73]...
