In order to study the influence of fiber dosage and type on the performance of mortar, the system takes cement mortar as the research object and mixes three kinds of fibers(glass fiber, basalt fiber, polyester fiber)with the amount of 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,to study the influence of fiber dosage and type on its fluidity, physical properties, mechanical strength, shrinkage and resistance to chloride ion penetration. The results show:(1)As the fiber content increases, the fluidity of each fiber mortar increases first and then decreases.Compared with the other two fibers, glass fiber has the strongest ability to hinder the flow of mortar.(2)The porosity and water absorption rate of the glass fiber-doped test block gradually increased. The porosity of the basalt fiber-doped and polyester fiber test block increased first and then decreased, and then decreased and then increased. The porosity, water absorption, and true density of the test blocks with different glass fiber and basalt fiber dosages were increased to a certain extent, while the test block porosity with different polyester fiber dosages was reduced.(3)Glass fiber can improve the bending strength of the test block at all ages.At the age of 3d,the compressive strength of the test block increased with the increase of the glass fiber content, while at the age of 7d and 28d,it increased first and then decreased. At the age of 3d and 7d,the compressive strength of the test block increased with the increase of the content of basalt fiber and polyester fiber, while at the age of 28d,it decreased first and then increased.Polyester fiber improves the flexural strength of the mortar in the early stage(3d)better than the other two fibers, while the late stage(28d)is weaker than the other two fibers. When the fiber content is 0.1%and 0.2%,the improvement of the compressive strength of the polyester fiber to the mortar in the early stage(3d)is better than that of the other two fibers, while the late stage(28d)is weaker than the glass fiber. When the fiber content is 0.3%,the reinforcing effect of polyester fiber on the compressive strength of mortar is higher than that of the other two fibers.(4)The total self-shrinkage of mortar at 28d decreases first and then increases with the increase of glass fiber content, and increases first and then decreases with the increase of basalt fiber and polyester fiber content, but both are larger than the control group. The shrinkage of mortar gradually decreases with the increase of glass fiber, basalt fiber and polyester fiber content. With the increase of glass fiber, basalt fiber and polyester fiber content, the mass loss rate of mortar decreases first and then increases, but they are all smaller than that of the control group.Only the glass fiber with the content of 0.1%plays an inhibitory effect on the self-shrinkage of the mortar. No matter what the amount of fiber is,from the perspective of the effect of inhibiting the shrinkage of mortar, basalt fiber>glass fiber>polyester fiber. The improvement effect of the polyester fiber on the mortar mass loss rate has been the best. When the dosage is 0.1%,the glass fiber is not as good as the basalt fiber. When the dosage is 0.2%,0.3%,the opposite is true.(5)The resistance of mortar to chloride ion penetration increases with glass fiber and basalt fiber content, and then increases first and then decreases. With the increase of the amount of polyester fiber,it gradually increased to a stable level.Polyester fiber has the best enhancement effect on the resistance of chloride ions to mortar, both of which are better than the other two fibers, while glass fiber is generally better than basalt fiber.Figure[95]Table[10]References[95]...
