Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Industrial Bank Under The Background Of Green Finance

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,guided by the top-level design of ecological civilization construction,China’s green financial system has been continuously innovated,the green financial system has been steadily promoted,and the field of green finance has been continuously expanded.However,the development of green finance in our country is still in the primary stage.The problems such as the disunity of standards,the incompleteness of system and the irrationality of evaluation system are more prominent.The evaluation system of green finance performance of commercial banks directly affects the overall development of commercial banks.Therefore,it is necessary to build a scientific,complete and standard evaluation system of green finance performance of commercial banks.First of all,the paper takes the CIB for example,who,first to practice the Equator Principle as the research object,in China,through on-the-spot visit,questionnaire survey and reference materials,to fully understand the current situation of green financial performance evaluation of Industrial Bank,and finds that there are problems in the system setting,key indicators selection and index weight of green financial performance evaluation of Industrial Bank.Thirdly,combined with the main methods of performance evaluation of commercial banks,the performance evaluation system of green finance of industrial bank is rebuilt.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new performance evaluation program,the external and internal security measures are proposed.Through the research of this paper,the application scope of performance evaluation theory of commercial banks is expanded,and green finance and performance evaluation are organically integrated.This paper hopes to guide industrial bank to improve the performance evaluation level of green finance,provide useful reference for the performance evaluation of green finance of commercial banks in China,and provide strong financial guarantee for the green development of China.
