Electric porcelain is a kind of electric insulation material with good insulation and mechanical strength.It is an insulator material necessary for the development of electric power industry.Although our country is a big country of insulator manufacturing,it is large but not strong,and most factories adopt the traditional manual production mode.Compared with foreign countries,the level of automatic production is low,the energy consumption is high,and the labor efficiency is low.The insulator not only has bad application environment,but also has long production period,many production processes,large influence factors of manual operation,and the reliability of product performance is difficult to guarantee.The preparation of electric porcelain raw material is divided into three parts: batching grinding,mud mixing and homogenizing pressure filtration and stale operation.Filter press,as the key equipment of mixing and homogenizing the mud filter,has a direct influence on the quality of the mud filter press.Among them,the water content of filter cake after filter press is an important index to measure the pressure filtration effect,which can directly reflect the pressure filtration condition of filter press on mud.Therefore,it is of great significance to control the water content of the filter cake by detecting the water content in the filter cake.At present,because filter press filter cake moisture content can not be measured directly,mostly according to experience through mud specific gravity,pressure filtration time,room temperature,filter cake appearance and other factors to judge manually,the disadvantage is that the filter cake moisture content can not be specifically obtained,the impact on the and the influence on the later production link can not be accurately controlled.Therefore,the detection of filter cake water content is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.In response to the above problems,this topic takes an electric moisture content prediction,the least squares support vector machine prediction model is used for soft measurement research.Based on the process analysis and operation experience of the raw material machine parameters.In order to avoid local optimization during particle swarm algorithm iteration,random mutation particles are added,and inertia weight parameters are added to increase the iteration efficiency.The simulation is compared with the neural network and the traditional SVM.The C #programming language was used to develop the filter cake moisture content prediction software,which contains two modules: user login system and filter cake moisture content prediction,which realized the prediction of the filter cake moisture content in the preparation process of the electric porcelain raw materials.Aiming at the problem of raw material preparation in the electric porcelain production line,the characteristics of the electric porcelain raw material manufacturing process were first analyzed,and the original production line of the factory was intelligently transformed.According to the control requirements of the system,a complete design idea was planned,and the characteristics of the electric porcelain production process and the control difficulties were planned.A logic control analysis was performed.Secondly,the system design and selection were completed,the field controller and each I/O station used module model were determined,the I/O points of each production link were counted,and the system configuration list was determined.Finally,the CBF configuration software of Industrial IT system provided by ABB is used for DCS configuration programming,which mainly includes the establishment of the system project tree,the system hardware configuration settings and the system network configuration settings.According to the process,the logic control strategy is formulated and used Various programming languages are used for programming,and finally the operator station interface is connected with the engineer station control programming to establish a perfect DCS control system.According to the design of the system structure,the data communication adopts 10 mbs Industrial Ethernet protocol and follows the TCPIP protocol.The communication between the field controller and I / O Station is based on Profibus DP,which is standard and easy to expand.For the design of operation monitoring,the system is more practical,functional perfect,easy to operate,and the whole system supports a variety of fieldbus,and provides a OPC gateway,which improves the interoperability and scalability of the system,and allows the user system to integrate more options.Finally,the system is applied to the production site.The results show that this system can realize the intelligent automatic production of the raw material preparation process of electric porcelain,and the soft measurement program can realize the online prediction of the watercontent of the filter cake.The research results of this subject are of great significance for improving the quality,production and efficiency of electric porcelain,and for the preparation control and automated production of electric porcelain raw materials.
