| With the continuous development and application of various high performance textile fiber materials,how to make better use of these high-performance fiber materials to develop high value-added and high-performance industrial textile products,this is the key to promote the modern textile industry become more advanced and advantaged and also the key to make the development of textile industry have higher quality.In recent years,the traditional textile industry,which is mainly based on clothing and textile production,has accelerated the transformation to decorative and industrial textiles.And with the develop and apply of new generation of composite structure industrial textiles,it is effectively promoting the technological upgrading.Laminated warp-knitted spacer fabric can greatly improve the performance of warp knitted fabric,can be used in surfboard,inflatable cushion,yacht reservoir,water conservancy facilities and other application fields,and it has one of the hotspots in the research of industrial textiles.Due to the lack of research on the technology of laminated warp knitted spacer fabric which use for gas-charging materials,especially on the preparation technology and performance,it has a great significance to systematically study on preparation,and properties of laminated warp knitted spacer fabric.In this paper,the preparation technology and requirements of lamination warp knitted spacer fabric are comprehensively studied and analyzed.Through the analysis and comparison of the raw material properties of high-performance fiber,high-strength anti-wicking polyesters is selected.Through the study of the preparation technology of laminated warp knitted spacer fabric(the key process of ring forming machine parts,technological position of cushion yarn,the yarn demand in the swing process of comb bar and the control of warp let-off quantity in the knitting process),an laminated warp knitted spacer fabric with good tensile strength,impact resistance and aging resistance was designed and prepared.With the test of physical and mechanical properties of fabric(the tensile strength,impact energy absorption and breaking strength experiment),and the calculation of the Pearson Correlation Coefficient Analysis,systematically analyze physical and mechanical properties,as well as the correlation among the mechanical properties and between before and after aging.The conclusions of the study are as follows(1)After the analysis,high strength anti-wicking polyesters is selected as the raw material So that the woven fabric has high strength,good flexibility and impact resistance,which can satisfy the requirements of gas-charging materials for warp knitted spacer fabric(2)The structure and knitting technology of warp knitted spacer fabric are studied.By means of the optimization of fiber and the design of structure,the mechanical properties have enhanced.Meanwhile,the key technologies of knitting process are studied,and the result that analyzed and calculated as follow.The looping process is 18mm,the maximum moving distance of the needle bed is 19.8mm,the maximum moving distance of the sinker is 20mm.The maximum range of guide bar is 8mm.And the yarn demand of each horizontal bar swing is as follows:braided chain structure 5.1mm,warp oblique structure:8.75mm,spacer wire:43.75mm,warp feed by means of quantity is GB1:4200mm/rack,GB2:2450mm/rack,GB3:21000mm/rack;weaving speed is 220r/min(3)The lamination process,PVC films and adhesive formula of PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric are briefly analyzed.After that the PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric was prepared.By means of the experiments on the thermal aging,ultraviolet aging and peeling of PVC films,the results show that the PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric has good peeling resistance,anti-aging and certain self-cleaning function(4)The tensile strength,impact energy absorption and bursting strength of the PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric were tested.The experimental results show that the weft tensile strength reaches 4734.76N,the warp tensile strength reaches 2595.38N,the tearing strength reaches 427.8N in the weft and 515.68N in the warp.After 10000 times of friction,the mass remains basically unchanged.These results show that the PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric has good mechanical properties(5)The correlation among the mechanical properties,as well as the tensile strength between before and after aging,was analyzed by the Pearson Correlation Coefficient Analysis.The results show that the mechanical properties which before and after aging are highly correlated,and the after aging it still have high mechanical properties.However,there is only a little correlation between the mechanical properties,indicating that the influence of mechanical properties is small.In this paper,through the research and analysis of the preparation and properties of PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric,the process of PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric and the performance of PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric is improved.And the added value of PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabric is also improved.It can meet requirements of the product.It also has a certain guiding role and reference value for the development and actual production of gas-charging materials for PVC films laminated warp knitted spacer fabrics. |
