In recent years,people’s lifestyles have become more diversified,and various factors such as relieving life pressure and pursuing spiritual life have prompted people to go out and experience outdoor life.Analysis of people’s functional requirements for outdoor bags.The waterproof function is a routine function of outdoor bags.As more and more new technologies and processes are applied to the textile industry,outdoor outdoor enthusiasts have put forward anti-UV functional requirements for outdoor products.How to meet the market demand to develop outdoor fabrics with both UV and waterproof functions is a subject worth studying.In this paper,we consult the relevant literature,select anti-UV polyester filaments for the functional requirements of outdoor bags,determine its morphological structure,strength and moisture content,and then use 500 dtex ordinary polyester filaments as warp,500 dtex anti-UV polyester filaments and 500 dtex ordinary polyester filament yarn is designed for the weft design of A and B series.The A series of samples are all made of plain weave,according to the ratio of 0:1,1:4,1:3,1:2,1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,1:0.The content of anti-UV polyester filament in weft yarn increased in turn,and the effect of different anti-UV polyester filament content on fabric performance was discussed.The weft arrangement ratio of B series sample was 1:0,and the structure was plain,1/2 twill,broken twill.Five satin and eight satin patterns explore the effects of different fabrics on UV and other properties of fabrics.After trial production according to the specified fabric specifications,the performance of the fabric was tested and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)When the content of anti-ultraviolet polyester in the weft yarn reaches 50%,the UPF value of the fabric is 99.99,and the T(UVA)AV<5%;(2)the weft prevention The content of UV polyester has negligible effect on the tensile strength,abrasion resistance,wrinkle resistance and gas permeability of the fabric;(3)The texture of the fabric has a great influence on the properties of the fabric,and the compactness of the fabric gradually becomes more compact.When the fabric is reduced,the UV resistance,tensile strength and wear resistance of the fabric are reduced to different extents,and the wrinkle resistance and air permeability of the fabric are increased to different degrees.Finally,the method of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation is used to determine the weaving scheme of 80%anti-UV polyester filament in weft yarn and plain structure.After the weaving process is determined,the anti-UV sample is tested by the padding method with the fluorine-containing alkyl acrylate polymer as the water repellent agent.The main factors affecting the water-repellent finishing effect are the concentration of the finishing agent,the setting temperature,and the setting.The concentration of finishing agent was 60 g/L,80 g/L and 100g/L respectively;the setting time was 1 min,2 min and 3 min respectively;the setting temperature levels were 150℃,160℃ and 170℃.Nine groups of experiments were designed by orthogonal test method to test the fiber morphology,fabric’s UV resistance,waterproof performance and tensile fracture strength after finishing under different process conditions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The longitudinal section of the fiber can clearly see the waterproof finishing The coating adheres to the waterproof coating formed on the surface of the fiber;(2)the UV resistance of the fabric is slightly improved;(3)the water level of the fabric reaches 4-5,which has excellent waterproof effect;(4)As the level of each factor increases,the tensile strength at break of the sample decreases.Finally,according to the basic performance test results of the fabric,the finishing process parameters of the fabric were determined when the finishing agent concentration was 60 g/L,the setting drying time was 2 min,and the setting temperature was 160℃.On this basis,in order to further enhance the market competitiveness and added value of outdoor packaging fabrics,the fabrics are more beautiful,the pattern design of outdoor packaging fabrics,spiral pattern as the main design element,and finally the design and development of "Spiral:Hongmeng" "Spiral:bustling" and "Spiral:minimalism" three themes of waterproof and UV-resistant outdoor fabrics.
