| Sheets are vital products in bedding.Consumer demand for sheets has not only been limited to warmth and durability,but has focused more on the comfort of use,especially the softness and skin-friendly nature of the fabric.Knitted sheets are softer,more comfortable and more versatile than traditional woven sheets due to its special weaving method.Especially for the sheets in autumn and winter,the soft and close-fitting fabric can make the temperature of the body rise and make people feel warmer.At present,a number of manufacturers have begun to produce knitted sheets,but there are still some problems that need to be solved in order to realize the industrialization of knitted sheets.For example,the performance of anti-pilling,warmth,breathability,and dimensional stability of knitted sheets remains to be improved.This project systematically studied the durability and comfort performance of self-developed sanded knitted sheets,optimized the production process of sanded knitted sheets,and greatly improved the durability and comfort of the products.This topic uses cotton,silk,cashmere and bamboo pulp fiber as raw materials to do the research.The reserch selects the appropriate process to make yarns with different blending ratios.I evaluates the properties of the blended yarn by evaluating the mechanical properties of the yarn,surface hairiness,uniformity of the strands,moisture regain of the yarn,etc.,in accordance with the requirements for the preparation of the sheets by the knitting process.I choose the best overall yarn and weave different knit sheets.In this project,I choose the flat weft knitting organization of single side four needle circular weft machine with tongue needle,design dyeing process according to product characteristics,select suitable equipment for dyeing,drying and pre-shrink finishing.At the same time,the subject designed the way and process of grinding wool,explored the influence of raw material,density,wool grinding method and wool grinding rate on the durability and comfort of knitted sheets,and studied the fabric washing dimensional stability.I did the orthogonal experiment,and used the general equilibrium method in order to optimize the preparation process of sanded knitted sheets.Through a series of experiments,analysis and research,I came to the following conclusion:1.The four kinds of yarns selected in this paper all have a definite moisture return rate of more than 8.5%and have good hygroscopic properties.Among them,the mechanical properties,surface hairiness and evenness of the silk/cotton blended yarns do not meet the requirements;the surface hairiness distribution of pure cotton yarn and bamboo pulp fiber/cashmere/cotton blended yarn is not ideal.The silk yarn/cotton blended yarns all meet the yarn requirements for knitted bedding,so the final choice of silk/cotton blended yarn is the main raw material for knitted bedding.2.The anti-pilling pilling grade of the knitted sheets made from silk/cotton blended yarn all reach Grade 3.5 and above,and the anti-pilling performance is good.At the same time,the anti-pilling performance of the fabric is independent of the anti-pilling property of fabric is enhanced with the increase of the total density.3.The weft-knitted fabric is woven as sanded knitted fabric by using a silk/cotton blended yarn.The breaking performance of sanded knitted fabric increases with density,with the grinding rate Increase and decrease.The sanding type sanding has great damage to the bursting force,and the carbon fiber sanding process can not only obtain a better velvet feeling of the knitted sheet,but also reduce the damage of the fabric bursting strength.4、It is found that the gas permeability of the fabric decreases with the increase of the total density,the heat retention of the fabric increases with the increase of the total density.At the same time,the gas permeability and heat preservation of the knitted knitted sheets are also related to the sanding process.They increase with the increase of the sanding rate.5.Through orthogonal experiment combined with comprehensive balance method,it is finally obtained that If we use 65%cotton and 35%spun silk blended yarn as raw material,the total density of weaving is 8500 coils/25cm2,and use carbon fiber for two ruts.And adopt the sanded knitted sheets with the milled rate of 95%,the overall performance will be the best.In summary,the research and analysis of this subject provide a certain theoretical basis for the further development of knitted sheets,and have important practical significance for the large-scale production and popularization of knitted sheets. |
