Research And The Optimization Of Ammonium Sulfide Recovery Process

The ammonium sulphide plant was built in June 1988 and is a supporting environmental protection device for the plant with an annual output of 80,000 tons of acrylonitrile.The ammonium sulphate plant USES dilute ammonium sulphate solution as raw material to complete the whole production process through evaporation,crystallization,centrifugal separation,drying,packaging and other unit operations.Because of the long running time of the device,the problems of mould layering,heat exchanger stranding and incineration line clogging appeared.In view of the above problems,this paper hopes to find solutions to these production problems through the research and optimization of the ammonium sulfate recovery process.Meanwhile,according to the production process of the ammonium sulfate plant,the factors affecting the quality of ammonium sulfate products are analyzed from p H,crystal ratio,reaction crystallization,secondary nucleation,evaporation temperature,centrifuge operation,impurities and other reasons,and the corresponding measures are put forward.
