At present,most of the domestic tailings discharged from the concentrator are discharged in the form of pulp,which is likely to cause poor stability of the tailings storage of the tailings slurry,resulting in accidents such as landslides,seepage pipes,flooding,and dam failure.Therefore,how to solve the problem of high moisture content of tailings slurry,reduce accidents and reduce the threat to the human body and environment of tailings ponds has always been a key issue for experts and scholars at home and abroad.Dry tailings are a relatively safe and environmentally friendly tailings treatment.At present,there is no uniform design specification and construction specification for dry heap tailings ponds in China.There are few relevant systems related experiences.Most of them refer to the design and technology of traditional wet heap tailings ponds,and there is bound to be some irrationality.This paper takes Hubei Sanxin Gold and Copper Mine dry heap tailings pond as the background,through theoretical research,field investigation,from the rock mechanics parameters,the spatial relationship between the ore body and the tailings pond and the rainfall infiltration,etc.The stability of the dry heap tailings pond was analyzed,the parameters were selected,and then the stability analysis of the tailings reservoir under different conditions was simulated based on ANSYS.Finally,using Beidou high-precision GPS instrument and DS3 level gauge to monitor the settlement safety of Sanxin Gold-copper mine dry heap tailings pond,and comprehensively evaluate its stability.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the on-the-spot investigation,the engineering analogy method is used to determine the four working conditions of the research calculation;the ANSYS is used to calculate the four working conditions,and the values of the mechanical parameters of the corresponding working conditions are determined,and the safety factor is taken.The minimum safety factor for stability is 1.15,and the minimum safety factor for anti-sliding stability during special operation is 1.00.(2)Using Dimine digital mine system,establish a three-dimensional digital spatial relationship model between ore body and tailings pond,and study the influence range of surface movement caused by underground mining to determine the stability of overlying surrounding rock caused by underground mining.(3)Using the rational rock and soil analysis software and the flood calculation formula,the four working conditions are analyzed and calculated: in the highest flood period,the immersion line of the dam has a higher escape line;under the conditions of heavy rainfall and long-term rainfall,the tail When the height of the dry heap of the mine is 22 m,the retaining dam and its foundation are not reinforced,the slope of the dam is unstable and the safety factor is low.When the dam body and its foundation are reinforced,the safety factor of the dam body and the overall slope stability of the dam is 1.518,which is greater than the requirement of 1.15,and the slope is stable.(4)Based on the ANSYA software,the analysis of the anti-sliding stability of the tailings reservoir under normal operation and special operation time is simulated.Under the three working conditions,the surface settlement deformation is large.Among them,the surface settlement of the first working condition The largest,the slope is unstable,and the tailings dam and tailings dry pile slope are basically stable under the third working condition.During special operation period(level 6 earthquake),the tailings dam and tailings dry pile slope are also stable under the third working condition.(5)The Beidou high-precision GPS instrument and the DS3 level are used to establish the monitoring and early warning system for the settlement of the dry tailings reservoir,and the settlement deformation of the tailings pond and its structures are monitored in real time.The monitored settlement deformation values are within the allowable range and are in the normal fluctuation range.
