| This paper is the related research made in the engineering practice,based on the engineering application of spiral sheet welding,combined with the current NURBS curve fitting and interpolation theory research to carry out the experiment.In the process of spiral welding,aiming at the existing irregular welding path conditions,combining the NURBS fitting and interpolation theory,the fitting and interpolation of the complex welding path are completed.Through simulation and building a practical application platform,the final engineering application is completed,and the processing efficiency is improved.The main contents are as follows:First,for the problem of curve fitting after data collection,this paper proposes a control point and weight fitting algorithm based on two DFP optimizations.To deal with the quality of processing,this paper uses the NURBS curve to replace the original electronic cam curve in the original PLC system for fitting,which greatly improves the fitting effect.For the acquired data points,fitting is done by spline curve,and each point is passed with the smallest possible error.By establishing the control point and the weighted objective function to be solved,the optimized curve is calculated by the optimization algorithm.Second,for the problem of fitting curve interpolation,this paper analyzes and studies the existing parameter constant increment interpolation algorithm and NURBS interpolation algorithm based on recursive characteristics.Inspired by curve derivation,a constant-speed feed interpolation algorithm based on Taylor expansion is proposed.The results of MATLAB simulation research show that the constant speed feed algorithm based on Taylor expansion has higher operating efficiency and better processing results.Finally,in view of the above research,this paper builds a hardware and software platform for automatic welding of spiral pieces with NURBS curve interpolation function.The hardware platform is mainly studied from the aspects of scheme design,hardware selection and partial hardware structure improvement.At the same time,the simulation model in processing is designed according to the actual hardware platform parameters.The software platform has developed functions such as manual operation,simulation,curve drawing,parameter setting and project management.At the same time,the computer platform curve display technology was studied in depth.The welding experiment results show that the research meets the engineering needs and greatly improves the welding results. |
