| Most of the commonly used anti-aging agents are small-molecule anti-aging agents.During the processing or use of the products,they are easy to migrate out of the matrix,shorten the service life of rubber products,and volatilize into the air or even cause environmental pollution.The shortcomings of volatile,easy to move out and solvent-resistant extraction are an important issue that needs to be solved urgently for rubber products.To this end,the idea of this paper is proposed:to increase the relative molecular mass of antioxidants,and at the same time introduce other active groups as much as possible,so that it can react with the active groups in the rubber matrix.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)By grafting 4-Aminodiphenylamine to glycidyl methacrylate,the anti-aging agent GMA-g-PPDA was prepared,and it was added to styrene-butadiene rubber together with other additives.The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR,H-NMR and MS,and the vulcanization characteristics,dynamic viscoelastic RPA,mechanical properties,heat resistance of oxygen and anti-aging agent GMA-g-Solvent resistance of PPDA.The study found that the two reacted more completely at 95 ΚC,and the reaction product was dominated by the formation of two substituted products with one PPDA molecule ring-opened and two GMA molecules with a relative molecular mass of 468.The anti-aging agent GMA-g-PPDA can shorten the scorch time and positive vulcanization time of the SBR compound,reduce the minimum torque and maximum torque during the vulcanization process of the SBR compound,reduce the cross-link density,and increase the breaking elongation of the vulcanized rubber rate.The SBR added with the anti-aging agent GMA-g-PPDA has a certain advantage over the SBR with the added anti-aging agent 4010NA and 4020.By testing the concentration of the antioxidant in the ethanol solution immersed in the vulcanized rubber,the migration performance of the antioxidant is characterized.The research results show that after 8 days of immersion,the concentration of the antioxidant 401ONA in the ethanol solution is 0.0196 g/L,and the concentration of the antioxidant GMA-g-PPDA is 0.01785 g/L.Compared with the traditional antioxidants 4010NA and 4020,the antioxidant GMA-g-PPDA is more resistant to solvent extraction and is not easy to move out.(2)The anti-aging agent CGE-g-PPDA was prepared through the epoxy amination reaction of cardanol glycidyl ether and 4-Aminodiphenylamine,and CGE-g-PPDA was applied to SBR to prepare SBR vulcanization gum.The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR,H-NMR,MS and other means;and the vulcanization characteristics,dynamic viscoelasticity,mechanical properties,heat resistant oxygen properties,and anti-aging agent CGE-g-Solvent extraction performance of PPDA.The study found that the reaction product is dominated by a PPDA molecule ring-opening a CGE molecule to form a substituted graft product,and its relative molecular mass is between 539-543.The anti-aging agent CGE-g-PPDA can shorten the scorch time and positive vulcanization time of the SBR compound,reduce the minimum torque and maximum torque during the vulcanization process of the SBR compound,reduce the crosslink density,and increase the elongation at break of the vulcanized rubber rate.The SBR added with anti-aging agent CGE-g-PPDA has certain advantages over the heat-resistant oxygen aging performance of the SBR with added anti-aging agent 40 10NA and 4020.After immersing the in ethanol for 15 days,the anti-aging agent will migrate into the ethanol solution after a period of time.As a result,the concentration of the anti-aging agent 4010NA migrated into ethanol is 0.02911g/L,and the concentration of the anti-aging agent CGE-g-PPDA is 0.01562g/L,indicating that the antioxidant CGE-g-PPDA is more resistant to solvent extraction... |
