During bone drilling,a lot of heat is generated by friction between the medical bit and the bone surface As a biological material,bone cell death occurs when the temperature exceeds 55 ? and the duration reaches 30 s during drilling.As a common internal fixation material in clinical surgery,kirschner wire has attracted more and more attention and research in orthopedic surgery due to its high structural strength,good biocompatibility and low cost.However,most researchers focus on the research of drilling parameters in the process of drilling,and the study of the structure parameters of kirschner wire is relatively few.Drilling temperature directly affects the healing of bone cells and fixation of kirschner wire,which plays a crucial role in the success of surgery.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce the drilling temperature,this paper designs the structure of the existing kirschner pin and studies the influence of its structural parameters on the drilling temperature.In this paper,from two aspects of the finite element simulation and experimental research in the process of bone drilling drilling temperature were studied,analysis the change rule of cutting temperature,cutting temperature prediction model is established,and the experiment,verify that the model can be effectively used in drilling temperature prediction and control of the needle was to provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of structural parameters.Study of bone mechanical properties and thermal performance analysis,on the basis of its for bone drilling drilling heat generated in the process of the mechanism analysis,the approximate as orthogonal cutting bone drilling process,establish a simplified model of drilling process,in the process of bone drilling into bone quantity of heat is calculated.The structure of kirschner wire is designed according to the principle of chip removal groove and anti-friction,the appropriate structure parameters are selected,and the drilling process is simulated by finite element method,and the influence of chip groove on drilling temperature is analyzed.Design and build bone drilling experiment platform,the processing of different structural parameters test and the k-wire was used,and pig bones as the research object,the design of orthogonal test,the tested under different structure parameters of the cutting temperature changes,and the test data processing,analyzed the influence of structure parameters on the temperature of the drilling and and analyzes its reason.The prediction model of bone drilling temperature was established by using the least square regression algorithm,and the statistical test and error analysis were carried out to verify the accuracy of the prediction model.In addition,particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to obtain reasonable size parameters of chip groove,and further verified the effectiveness and reliability of the bone drilling temperature prediction model.
