Medium plate is an important steel product and is widely used in various fields of national economic construction.With the rapid development of the modern industrial revolution,improving the yield and product quality of medium plate has also become a key issue in the industry.In the process of medium plate rolling,head bending is a common problem.Excessive bending of the head will result in wasting of plate cutting,reduce the yield of plate,affect product quality,and cause a series of adverse effects.Over the years,although many experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted long-term research in this field,but there are many factors affecting the bending of the head of the rolling piece,and the factors are interrelated and coupled,so the research on the bending problem of the head of the rolling piece has not achieved satisfactory results until now.According to the actual production situation of medium plate rolling,this paper establishes the finite element model,studies the important influencing factors that affecting the bending of the head of rolling piece,explores the influence rule of various factors on the head bending phenomenon,and gives the research ideas and methods that can effectively predict and control the bending phenomenon of head of rolling piece.The specific work content is as follows:(1)On the basis of systematically consulting the relevant literature and summary of head bending in medium plate rolling process,through analyzing the deformation zone of asymmetric rolling,to analyze the bending mechanism of the head of the rolling piece.Introducing the influencing factors of head bending and the methods of preventing and controlling the head bending phenomenon,and laying a theoretical foundation for the later research.(2)According to the actual production situation,aiming at the three important factors that affecting the bending of the head of the rolling piece:the initial thickness of the rolling piece,the reduction rate and the height of the rolling line,formulating the simulation scheme and set up the parameters.Using DEFORM simulation software to establish the 2D finite element model of medium plate rolling,and observe the head bending phenomenon under different rolling conditions.(3)Through analyzing the bending state of the head of the rolling piece,fitting the bending curve,and calculating the bending rate,so as to explore the influence rule of the single factor and the coupling of the two factors on the curvature of the head of the rolling piece.Besides,through analyzing the distribution of equivalent strain in the thickness direction of the rolling piece,to verify the influence of various factors on the head bending and provide theoretical support for the bending rule of the head of the rolling piece.(4)Based on the result data of finite element simulation,using MATLAB adaptive neural network fuzzy inference system,three influencing factors are taken as input variables,and the bending curvature of the head of rolling piece is taken as output variables for data training,to obtain the mapping relationship between input and output variables and the structure of adaptive fuzzy neural network,and verify the accuracy,so as to achieve the prediction and control of the head bending of the rolling piece.
